Long story short… Multiple trips to try to get a Black Friday sale item. Not enough were in stock. No one knows how to do rain checks and then was told they don’t do them (although the main office said yes they do and should),told 6 different things by different people on the same question, some people get to prepay for the item not in stock, while others don’t and when employees ask manager to come help he wouldn’t do anything but talk to them on phone. Just overall disappointed. Spent a lot of money with this store in the past. We dont mind self help in store or some associates were helpful but this was really unnecessary. Just disappointed. Did survey and went into details. PRO: Andrea at the front desk was phenomenal! Friendly, tried to help and very professional!

Purchased a brand new 42 " cub cadet zero turn on March 16th. On April 14th the mower threw a drive belt. I immediately contacted the store to see what needed to be done and the gentleman told me I needed to contact protection plan services. He put me on hold to get the number for me and after about 5 mins they hung up on me. So I took matters into my own hands. Found the number myself and called them and wasted 30 mins of my night just for them to tell me to contact manufacturer and gave me their number ( which ended up being wrong number all together). Next day tried to call them no answer so called store back and spoke to I believe her name was Laura. She told me to return it to exchange it. Yesterday go in to exchange it to find they have put them on sale so I wanted to upgrade since the bigger was same price I paid. I was not given any additional discounts to help remedy that I paid 100 dollars to get belt back on and still had half a tank of gas in it. As well as didn't receive the 100 dollars off using a HD card and there was no effort to even try to compensate me for all my troubles. And come to find out they didn't have the towing plate or the deck wash attached to the new one like the old one. Over all very frustrated with whole experience and lord willing will not make big purchases at this store again.

I brought home several plants, hibiscus in particular, and I had a friendly experience with Kimberly who answered all of my questions, had a positive attitude and pointed out more stock to look at!

From past experience the willingness to help doesn't seem to be there. It might be to lack of knowledge. A good training program and employes with the willingness to learn and be there for the customer, would give you a five star rating. I work in this industry and I hear what people say. I hope this is helpful.

Selvin was awesome he helped me out the perfect washer. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.

Not just one person but several different employees asked if I needed help in finding things.

Whole experience was a disgrace and no employee stepped up to help with concrete bags

I don’t do self checkout. Not because I can’t, because it takes away jobs. I can’t help but believe that stores have a lot of theft because of self checkout.

Several service staff will ask you if you need help in appliance dept.

I shopped at Homedepot today in El Dorado for a few items, had a nice time, met some friends from home and made a new friend. Altogether the trip was nice.

I was shopping for garden soil which was on sale for my moms tomato plant. I looked at the tomatoes and found that there weren't a lot of them left. Kim T helped me pick up a plant for myself. She was very friendly and very helpful

The Young Man back in appliances was so helpful! We didn’t have to ask for help, he offered.

I needed a number of soaker hoses and timers for our new flower beds and you ha a great selection and quantity of what we needed!!

Don’t waste your time asking for someone to load at garden center. They’re afraid you’re going to steal a $2 bag of mulch instead of putting it for convenient loading.

Kim, your associate in the garden center, rescued my purse after I left it in the buggy OUTSIDE! She was also marvelous the last time I was there. The rest of the team that day took care of me as well, when I came back to find it. All were used by God to take care of me, and I for one will not forget.

The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They act like they're glad to be there, which is unusual these days. The store is clean and well stocked. I travel in my business, which is construction, and have seen more of these stores than I can count. This one is a fine example of what a Home Depot is supposed to be.

I was very impressed with the service this trip too home depot.

We bought a LOT of wood today - all in one trip. We were expecting it to be a LOT of work loading and unloading. However all the employees were super helpful even though thw store was extremely busy.. the assistant manager even loses our concrete- and is always really helpful and friendly.. he is a very hard worker.

I have been saving up for this project for so long. My family and I have sacrificed to get here. When my project was paid for and confirmed, I can't tell you how proud and happy my family feels right now. The entire process was so convenient and easy. My kid said it feels like an early Christmas present. Thanks Home Depot

I bought a grill and accessories and each visit was awesome. The Manager and sales associates were very knowledgeable and professional during the whole transaction. Kim Thurlkill, Silas and Andrea were outstanding!

I can’t say enough good things about the 3 employees that helped me on Tuesday 11/29/2022 Dakota, he Christmas supplies, Andrea at service desk, check out, and Cam delivered items to my vehicle!!

I visit the Home Depot in ElDorado, AR all the time. It is always a pleasant experience and ND employees are very helpful and friendly.

My microwave had gone out and I needed on for my kitchen remodel. I went to the El Dorado store and they were very helpful in helping us get the exact model I needed.

Dineen was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of her job. A pleasure to deal with.

We are looking for a new home appliance. We went for a a dryer duct, but decided to look at refrigerators. G helped us while looking at them all. He really knows the products.
