Got this last summer very happy

Very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk into the store

I bought a $1398.00 tool box and some tools from the Elko store. when I first ask the younger kid at the pro desk was like really bothered and put out! that I asked him to get out from the other tool boxes so I could look at it. Finally after 15 mins him and another co worker got it out. I looked at and thought about for about 20 mins. This is a lot of money to spend. So I came back to the pro desk. I asked the kid at the pro desk if they had any of those in stock in boxes because it was snowing and I had to drive over 230 miles to get home in the snow. Didn’t want one that was unboxed. He was really put out that I asked that, he said there’s that one. So I asked could you look please. He said oh my computer isn’t working. He was too busy talking to his female co worker. The kid that helped him move the tool box out so I could look at it helped me, I asked him if they had any in stock still in the box and I told him way. He said let me look. He found 3 in the back. I said ok I’ll take it. But I will have to check out at the pro desk. Back to lazy kid! All of a sudden his computer was working now! I asked if they could wrap it in plastic so it didn’t get wet! Oh my gosh!! He was put out again and pawned it off on the other kid and then I asked if they could haul it out with the forklift and put it on my trailer. After checking out with it wrapped in plastic sitting there, it took 50 mins for it to get out to my trailer. Mr personality wasn’t to happy to help. The other kid was awesome. I will use Home Depot but I will be dealing with a manager if this happens again!

I purchased a Milwaukee Framing Nailer just to get home all excited and it was a return with half the packaging missing and writing and sharpie scribble all over it. Disgusted. If I wanted a used too I would have went to a garage sale.

I had a great shopping experience, bought a grill and accessories like propane tank and utensils. Everyone I approached was helpful but the star of the show was our cashier, Caleb. He rang us up no time at all, then helped me get the heavy items in the SUV. Thanks Caleb and Home Depot for the ease of getting my Memorial Day grill. Now if only assembling it was that simple.

I ordered two items online to be picked up at my local store, but when I got there, it turns out the store only had one item. Young helpful woman in customer service figure out how to refund the one online purchase and then redo it so it would be sent to the store by the next day. She wouldn’t give up. I was her cheerleader. I knew she could do it and basically thats about every employee I have run into at the Home Depot store in Elko, Nevada. Helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine.

Our Elko Home Depot might not always have an item in stock, but the staff will make sure it's ordered and ready at the customer service desk. Everyone is super friendly.

I’ recently purchased a couple of pallets of pavers, and loading them was a struggle.I don’t know why Home Depot does not have a forklift with a extendable boom, instead of trying to push them into the trailer and damaging the flooring of your trailer or truck bed , considering they sell lots of heavy products.and the time loading would be way faster.

I have been into Home Depot several times (and several states) with a full remodel that we are doing. There is one cashier that without fail every time I go to the Elko store is so helpful and friendly! I believe her name is Elizabeth. She's the reason Elko Home Depot gets my business over any other Home Depot.

The items I sought out were available and this is always appreciated.

Everyone I have delt with at Hone Depot, showed much energy and enthusiasm in everything I asked of them

entrance/exit arrangement is a inconvenient for the handicapped who need to walk short distances. The entrance and exit are at opposite ends of the store so you park in the handicap zone at the entrance. When exiting you are walking/limping clear across the parking lot to reach your vehicle.

Self check out lady was amazing and helpful

I went in to Plumbing with a problem and Susan was right there to show me how to get my job done and in record time. If she didn't show up, I would of been there much longer, she was a god send!!

I visit with my service animal, and everyone is very kind, respectful of him, and helpful.

Paul was the driver that delivered the order. I was told it would be delivered in the afternoon and when I arrived at work to the school Paul was just loading his forklift that he unloaded my order with. The two sheds to put together that were delivered a few weeks before were in the back of the school. I went over and asked Paul if he could put the two pallets of supplies to finish the sheds in the back. WITHOUT HESITATION Paul smiled and said yes and he did. You need more employees like Paul

Everyone’s always very nice and polite always right there to help with anything you need.

When I went to the paint counter to get help from Cyn, she was SO helpful and kind. I appreciate her help so much that I purposefully wait until she’s working to get paint. I appreciate how she makes me feel like more than just an employee. She is doing a fantastic job and it SO appreciated!
