Good friendly store

The product I was looking for was easily found, And your associates were very helpful. I was out in no time.

I like this store, friendly employees and reasonable prices. I would like to add this, sell pellets all year, you know our seasons are not x amount of montjs long, those of us that have propane have pellets stoves for heating. You wont lose money, you would make money

If we had a choose we probably wouldn't shop at Home Depot but we don't have very many options here in Elko. We've met the manager & know he's trying like all the other managers they've had in here at this store. There are some employees who are very nice but more than the nice ones, there are a few that won't even give you the time of day. Two back in contractors, a woman & a man can't even put a smile on their face, yet alone have good customer service. The gal in fact won't give you her name when you call back to the contractors desk. She needs some lessons on customer service.

The store was clean and people were friendly. I am thankful that the store is in Elko, NV. Without it, it would be a hardship to travel hundreds of miles to find what is needed.

The manager helped direct us to the phone number where we could call the paint manufacturer about a fence stain that did not last per warranty. The manufacturer (Behr) was very cooperative and reimbursed us for the paint we needed for a re-do. Store employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I had another good trip to the Home Depot store on Mountain City Highway yesterday. As always, I found what I wanted right where I expected to find it, and the staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful and quick - even though the store was pretty busy for the holiday weekend.

My last trip to this store was very productive, as I found every thing I was looking for, nice to get it all in one trip. they also offered to come out and help load my cabinets and counter tops .

THE ELKO STORE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT, BUT THE CORPORATE PEOPLE NEED SOME WORK. I WENT IN TO EXCHANGE A PEDESTAL SINK THAT WAS BROKEN, THE STORE DIDN'T HAVE ANY IN STOCK SO THE WORKER THAT WAS HELPING ME TRIED TO GET ONE ORDERED. SHE WAS TOLD (ON SPEAKER PHONE SO i HEARD THE CONVERSATION) THAT THEY ARE SHORT IN STOCK AND CAN'T HAVE ONE MAILED TO MY ZIP CODE. BUT 3 HOURS AWAY IN SALT LAKE CITY WERE SEVERAL STORES THAT HAD AT LEAST 2 TO 6 IN STOCK. WHY COULDN'T I GET ONE MAILED FROM THERE, I ASKED? AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID THAT I CAN GO PICK ONE UP, BUT THEY CAN'T MAIL IT TO MY ZIP CODE. I'M NOT UPSET WITH THE LOCAL LADY THAT HELPED ME, IT'S NOT HER FAULT, SHE WAS GOING OUT OF HER WAY TO TRY TO FIX MY ISSUE. I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME, BUT SHE HAD LONG BLOND HAIR AND WAS IN THE APPLIANCES DEPARTMENT. BUT THE LADY ON THE PHONE AT THEIR HEADQUARTERS WAS RUDE AND HAD THE ATTITUDE THAT IT WASN'T HER PROBLEM. I WENT TO ANOTHER LOCAL STORE THAT ORDERED ONE FOR ME AND WAS ACTUALLY A CHEAPER PRICE. i WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT IF THEY CAN'T GET IT IN STOCK THAT DAY.

We have been going to this location a lot due to a bathroom remodel we are doing. For the most part everyone has been very helpful and nice. I would like to say that Laurie at the self check out lane was especially sweet today. I think she could tell I was having an overwhelming day and she took the time to smile and make sure I had everything I needed and when I found out I left my card in my car, was gracious enough to watch my cart while I went to get it and helped make a joke out of it, making the situation not so irritating for me. Laurie, if this gets back to you...Thank you, You are a blessing and a light to people and you don't even know it.

A truly great store with some great associates. They are always very friendly and when you need help, they walk clear across the store to make sure you get exactly what you need. I have shopped there for years, and have always had a great experience. I am thrilled they are in Elko.

This store has very poor selection of things. Seems like they don't have many of the products stores in other areas have in stock. Everything has tro be ordered in.

Associates NEVER know their inventory. Limited quantities of inventory and no way to get them from site to store. If there is product 200 miles away put it on a truck and get it here for your customers.

Keeping those customers happy means being responsive to their needs and wants. A good customer service experience can turn a one-time customer into a lifelong repeat customer. This store has turned my family into lifelong customers. The store manager, kitchen design manager and several other employees really had the patience and value to ensure our customer satisfaction was a guarantee. More specifically, the store manager showed leadership as more than just manager, that is a rare quality and was well appreciated.

It is a great store. We love the selection of fruit trees you have and would love to see more. Nice friendly employees.

If you have to return something and find yourself waiting for hours ask for the HR woman. She is knowledgeable, customer oriented and able to fix a problem immediately.

Store is clean and products are clearly marked to speed finding things. Always can find an associate to help when I need it.

I hate the self-checkout lines at any store. I already have a job. I don't want to have to scan and bag my purchase items. I appreciate that the cashiers are quick to help in getting my items checked out for me and providing assistance.

All employees seem, with the exception of John, Stephanie and Alex, do not know what their doing. I have been working 3 weeks to purchase carpet and get it installed. Told it will be another 4-6 weeks. Very unhappy!!!!!

Waited 40 minutes to get help. It wasnt till I called the District Store that I got someone to liad my 3 pallets of pellets. Store employees could care less about their customers. I finally found two that actually showed concern, Cheyenne and Danni.
