I came in to buy 24 lavender plants that were advertised on sale. They were such a great buy that there was only one plant left by the time I got there. Angel worked with me to try and get more in. It took him a few weeks, and he called me regularly with updates. The plants arrived and are just beautiful. Product and customer service exceeded my expectations.

please have the abandoned black sedan in your parking lot towed away. it's been sitting there for at least 4 months and it's and eyesore, AND it makes your store look bad.

This location has the friendliest associates. Every aisle is very clean and well stocked. The seasonal merchandising is top notch, paint section always fills my needs and the outdoor plants has great selections for you landscaping desires. This store is the best! Thank you for all you do! I appreciate an excellent shopping experience every time.

I like the Escondido one better then others , I'm forming a relationship with many employees that help me with my various projects, so I hAve a go to person

All of the employees are friendly. Most of them are very knowledgeable about their department. If they don’t have an answer for me, they get the person who does.

I am a handicapped disabled veteran I walk with a cane. I Purchased 10 large bags of mulch and asked for help loading it from the cash register when I purchased it. After 10 minutes of waiting, nobody came so I asked the same cashier or help again and he said someone was coming Another five minutes went by and I noticed that same cashier closing the gates to the garden center and told me that someone was coming nobody ever came. I loaded it myself very very, very disappointed. This is the home depot that I frequent, but this experience has made me think twice about going back there

I visit this particular store frequently. The employees here always go above and beyond to be helpful, are super friendly, while being very efficient. They are masters of executing friendly conversation while working feverishly. Not an easy combination. Much appreciated.

I recently bought a new refrigerator at Escondido Home Depot, and the floor person (Monica) gave me all the time and attention I needed to make the right purchase for my situation.

Looked for one plumbing item. I had instructions and picture. They keep saying Dave the guy in plumbing is one break than after waiting 45 minutes they said he left for the day!!! So after a hour someone gave me a part out of a linear drain box and told me this was what I needed. I explain there that was not it but took it and left after being there an hour and a half. Went to Lowe and bought what I needed.

This is one bunch of professionals! They went so far as to make sure my load was secure for transport, correct items purchased, exact amount of materials to complete the project! There are the best group of workers!!

There are a ton of places to shop at. The only reason I shop at this Home Depot location is due to their very flexible return policy. They let me return items never opened and in great shape whenever I want and do not hold to a three month limit.

This store is a staple in the area. The employees working on the floor are great. The cashiers and returns staff are very rude and unwelcoming.

I've been using Home Depot for my home remodel and all home repairs for many, many years. I've tried other similar stores but have always returned to Home Depot. They have people all over the store to help you - even when it's not their area. They almost always have everything I need in stock. The plant area in the Escondido (west) store is SO good. All the plants are so healthy and well taken care of. The store is always clean and the employees are great. Love just shopping this store.

I've been here late hours and whoever has been on shift has always been helpful. I sometimes get wood cut and this is something that can be a bit of a pain, but I have been met with courteous staff.

I pearsonally like the attention the home depot employees give to customers.

I went to buy an AC unit with my husband, and this older white woman was extremely disrespectful to us while we were waiting for it to be brought up to the front. She glared at us, chuckled at us, and asked multiple times when and if we would be helped. When we were checking out (AT SELF CHECKOUT) she held her hand on the cart, and laughed when my husband’s card had a chip read error and he had to scan it. The rest of the employees were super helpful and respectful, but this one employee is the reason my husband and I will never go back.

Love Home Depot! It had exactly what I needed and it was easy to find. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
