My wife and I came into look at exterior doors for our home. Associate Rycca DeHart was absolutely an amazing help. Her knowledge of the products and the installation process was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. She was outgoing, friendly and genuinely interested in making sure we were well taken care of.

Wonderful experience, I am pro and very often visit this home depot and always find excellent help from Pro desk guys and gals especially Shelly, a sales associate always there for help.

Milt and Kathy know there stuff when it comes to plumbing

The store was very clean. Employees where ready to help me find what I needed and answer any questions I had. It was also very easy and stress free when it came down to checking out.

Very helpful sales associates in the paint department. They matched a color from a paint chip I had from another business and a brand of paint they did not carry.

Associates were very helpful. I was greeted and ask if I needed help 4 times in 5 minutes.

I do not know about the store cleanliness since I told the associate at the service desk that I was disabled. He offered to get what I needed and actually brought me two choices as I waited inside the front entrance at the service desk. I made my choice and then I was directed to the cashier who took me straight through the return station. Both associates were very helpful.

Antonio in the lumber department is fantastic -the best customer service ever at this store! He helped me pick lumber, assisted with some cuts and even helped load my car! Thank you Home Depot for great associates like Antonio!

This store is one of my favorites. The people are always so friendly, especially Patti at the roll up door. She always has goodies for my pup!!

Most of the staff at the store, from cashiers to store associates, from millwork, hardware, flooring to building materials, are very friendly and would go out of their way to help us find what we are looking for and answer our questions. This is my local and favorite Home Depot store, my first choice of store to viist whenever I need to replace or repair anything in the house. I feel at ease and comfortable here, .

I wanted to know if a remnant piece of carpet was for sale, and Cheryl and Linda not only found out it was and gave me a discount on it, but they helped me unroll it, cut it in 1/2 and roll it back up to fit in my car. It was a warm humid day in Home Dept and we were all sweating when we were done. They really went above and beyond to help me when it's usually hard to get help in the carpet section.

A very knowledgeable store associate helped me in the flooring department. I was helped in a professional and efficient manner.

Very organized stored and friendly customer service

As we entered store and starting walking down aisle to the appliance section, an associate approached us and asked if we needed assistance. He walked to the section and showed us exactly what we were looking for.

This store is overall very clean and the staff is super friendly. However, when it comes to tiling and certain diy projects, there's not that many knowledgeable staff. We had to look around for almost 45 mins to find someone who can give us an idea on how to tile ceilings in bathrooms. But most time, we are able to find someone knowledgeable about some projects that we're working on. In searching for our new tub for our bathroom renovation, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable using her personal experience to help us pick out a jacuzzi tub. However, I wish the store had free Wi-Fi for us to access the website or app to get more product info or look for products that we see online or to see of it is available online if it's not in store. At the same time, to be able to access diy instructions for lists of materials we need for certain projects. The store is built with so much steel, it makes it difficult to obtain signal for cellular data access. So hopefully on the future, home depot makes this possible. More experts for diy projects like tiling is needed.

called first. Nancy was great, stayed on the phone to ensure the product was there. unlike other locations that told me they were going to call back and never did. Nancy was there when i arrived, made sure the product was correct and helped with loading and other purchases I needed to do. she was the best. all the staff people were very helpful, looking at lighting, in and out. could ask anyone at this location. all were eager to help. unlike many of the other homedepots we have been in over the last couple of weeks. thank you Nancy and the others.

We manage a mobile home park and come here a couple of times a week. We usually know what we are looking for and where to find it, but when we don't there is always an associate nearby willing to help. We also like the fact that Home Depot is dog friendly.

There is never a time my husband or myself would even consider going to another store for purchases needed for the home, business, or gifts. From the moment you walk in your greeted by sales people that are genuinely happy! We know, we can ask questions or get guidance on anything we're thinking about doing and get honest opinions. They're not trying to get us to buy a lot of things we don't need! We went in thinking we'd need to replace several expensive things in our home, but talking with one of the sales associates about the issues we had, they explained what we could do to fix it all, without the added expenses we thought we'd be pouring into it. We couldn't believe the honesty! It meant no purchases that day. Because of the integrity, WE WILL be back for anything and everything we may need! This is our "Go To" store from now on...

Everything was bright, organized and just plain clean. I was looking for a couple of things and the store associates were right there and showed me the way. I expected to be there a couple of hours looking for what I wanted. The store associates were smiling, very polite and answered all my questions. I was there only 45 minutes and bought more than what I came for. Customer service at its best! I will always come back for more. Wish I could give everybody a pay raise for being so professional!
