GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SMART, QUICK AND FRIENDLY.

My husband shops there quite often. When I need something for the house or garden we go there first, On our recent visit we needed something for cleaning supplies and plants for the yard. Both places we got help and the employees were helpful and friendly.

Great store, great employees - great sales - can always find what you want and unfortunately can find many things you don't really need but buy anyway....love this store!!!

I have been shopping at this store for a couple of decades. I have never once had a bad experience and always find the store employees very friendly and helpful. The products have always been good quality at a fair price and their return policy is excellent. This is a very well run store and they go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer even if you are buying some small item.

Great staff, clean and helpful

Cathy and Siren are awesome! Cathy helped answer all of our questions on plumbing and Siren helped answer all of our hundreds of questions with door locks and handles.

On on 7/3/17 at approx. 8:40pm the staff in the store was difficult to find. Fortunately for me, one of the employees happened to walk down the row I was in. Better yet, the employee happened to know about welders and welding. Thank you Jason for taking the time (approx 30 minutes) answering all of my questions and guiding me to the right welder that will suit my needs.

My experience at Home Depot on west Grand in Escondido has aalways been good. Might have to look or ask for assistance but I can count on being helped . Besides purchasing nursery and general products I have also purchased carpet and service and helpl and installation was excellent. Thank you !!

i have been shopping at this store for over 15 years, i have always received great service and any time i needed to return an item there was never any problem. i'm very happy with home depot.

Good Hometown People the Employees are!

This store has the most professional sales people and staff. They know so much about what is needed. If the individual does not, they find someone who does. It is a pleasure to do business at this location

We received friendly help from store employees Rowan and Cathy, with suggestions for parts which would be needed to repair a leaking faucet. Then Sumer provided support as we checked out, hurrying to catch us as left the store, to give us a package we had left on the counter. Great support from these employees!

There were several employees available in case help was needed. The cashiers were very friendly and positive.

4 years ago i would go out of my way to avoid this store but i live close the store is so friendly i can hardly believe it is the same store amen.

The store is close to residential homes, easy access with friendly staff.

I am in Home Depot 4-5 times a week and have to say there are some great employees who always greet me with a smile and if I happen to forget where something is they are quick to point me in the right direction. Thanks everyone for your great attitude and friendly assistance.

Employee was helpful in finding the item. I would not have found it without him. He didn't know that it was carried in store but searched for me.

I am giving 5 stars because Kwon is the best employee I have ever worked with. I frequent Home Depot probably more often than I frequent the grocery store to buy food for my family! I have NEVER encountered a more genuinely nice person. He's very happy all the time, always greets me, and helps me find anything I need. He's very personable and invested in his shoppers. He takes the time to talk to my girls that I always bring with me, and tells me about his family. Kwon is by FAR the most efficient worker, he's dedicated to what he does and he's extremely good at it. After some extremely poor service with other employees at this store, I will only shop at this Home Depot again if I know I won't need any assistance. If I need assistance, or wood cut, I will go in the morning/afternoon when i know Kwon will be there. He is an invaluable employee and I swear to God that man deserves a raise!

I like this store, conveniently located and friendly staff/customer service.

I should have been asked if I needed help out to the car, as I had very heavy bags of rocks and especially the red wood for the planters. I almost left it in the parking lot. It was a mess and some went on the ground. I looked for guys in the parking lot to help but I ended up straining my back to get it in the hatch back.

This store is always well stocked and has many long time employees. They know where things are and are willing to help find them. It's clean with nice bathroom and roomy parking lot. What's not to love!

This is my local neighborhood hardware store and the employees are really friendly and welcoming.

Everyone in the Escondido 6612 store is very friendly and helpful including Milt Ann Carol Linda Terry and everyone else I wish you could add more people in plumbing and Electrical and Lumber especially in the morning so I can get in and out quicker this is the best store in San Diego County

Great store. I always like coming here. They keep it well stocked and it has a casual, calm vibe here. Friendly employees and dog friendly to boot. Love that!
