The associate was very helpful in helping find the item I was looking for.

Products needed were available for purchase, store was clean & tidy. Getting someone to help & answer questions was difficult. It was obvious to me that 2 out of the 3 people I approached did not really want to assist me & did not answer my questions, the 3rd. Person gave me a business card of a worker I could contact the next day as they were off from work. I left the store very disappointed, frustrated & unserved. Home Depot has always been our store of choice because of the outstanding & knowledgeable customer service, however, as of late, this has not been our experience. The customer service at the Vista store is far superior. We are also disappointed that you no longer give a 5% discount for using the Home Depot charge card.

You walk in, someone always says hello, can I help you? I find out where the items I'm looking for are. And there's almost always someone close to help.

This store is horribly managed. I show at lowes. If I have to go to HD, I now go out of my way to Oceanside.

You have to seek out your own help at this location!!!

I have a Home Depot store that is a couple of miles closer, but I will go out of my way to shop here. Everyone is helpful, nice, and it seem genuine in their willingness to help.

Employee and "acting manager" behavior sub-par and not up to expected or accepted normal customer service experience. Visit on Sunday, May 22, 2016 in the afternoon. Two separate incidents at the same time. Time for some additional employee training including management.

If you're looking for appliances, this is the place to go. Isaac assisted us in purchasing a new dishwasher. We had no clue what to get and he explained the differences between the brands. He was professional and patient with our constant questions. He clearly explained the fees and made sure we understood what we bought and needed all the accessories to make the transition go well without any "hiccups". We were in and out in about 20 minutes or so. It was a great experience, unlike the terrible customer service we got at another home improvement store 10 minutes prior. Thanks Isaac!

Always a good shopping experience at Home Depot. Their products are of better quality, and staff is helpful and knowledgeable whenever I need their help. Never shop at Lowes if you can get to a Home Depot instead.

Once in awhile, I have difficulty finding an employee for help - but the norm is that folks offer help before I'm even ready to ask for it, are friendly and help me until I am satisfied with what I am looking for. Great Home Depot store.

Appliance department was great! Sales people very helpful and knowledgeable. Store is clean and friendly.
