I needed AA lithium batteries and the display was empty. The blond lady who helped me found them in stock and we found them, in a box, on the top shelf, (see pic, top right corner) she called in a guy (super nice black guy with gold teeth) on a hi-low machine and got them for me. Every time I go to this store the staff here goes above and beyond, this time it was a good 20 feet above. Thank you both, you, and people like you, are the reason I keep going back to this location.

I knew I wanted Whirlpool branded appliances, and I needed help from Sales to evaluated which features I wanted in my kitchen bundle. Andrew was helpful and informative (not pushy) in showing me the differences. Gave personal insights as well as what he researched on the models I was interested in. He made what could be a stressful experience, pleasant.

Well stocked store, relatively new and within minutes to get to from where I am. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Less I love this store . It’s less than a year old, very clean, well organized and staff is very friendly . I had at least 4 employees say “good morning” and 2 thank me for shopping

We purchased GE electric range on 4/22/2025. Our salesman was Andrew. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I went into Home Depot, looking for a few things for my home, and I was a bit stressed out when I went a little overwhelmed, and I happen to run into Kirk, I did not know that he was the operations manager, but he knew exactly where everything in the store was that I needed he was super friendly. Gave me lots of options and made sure I was taken care of. I love the store because of the location and one of their other managers who used to be there. Joey was absolutely amazing, they really know how to hire great people at the store. 10/10 recommend.

Purchase new Thomasville kitchen cabinets in December 2024 in your store. Carmen who is your kitchen consultant did an excellent job throughout the entire process.

I'm in the middle of remodeling my master bath and I started going to this Home Depot because it's closer to my home. Alex in the tile department was a big help directing me on tools I may need and challenges that I might need to watch out for. A big shoutout to Billy who also helped me and Zoila the cashier who was pleasant each time I checked out. AND, a great job to Mr. Q, the Manager! Thanks All!...Greg B.

I’ve been to Estero HD dozens and dozens of times. It’s like my own little hardware store. Everyone is friendly, helpful and hard working. They are all a good group of people there. And they love my dogs!!

Wide isles and well stocked

The Estero store is usually well-manned with employees to help. Even when very busy their lumber department personnel find a way to help and do not leave you waiting for half hour for an employee who doesn't show up as occurs at other Home Depots. Jacob heads the lumber department there and was incredibly helpful.

Bob in Millwork listened to our needs and helped order a custom sliding sliding screen door.

I will drive 30 minutes longer to shop this store. Exceptional customer service and store cleanliness far exceeds all other Home Depot’s in ft myers area

When i first heard of a Home Depot opening so close to my home i was very excited at not having to travel very far to get products that i purchase daily, When it first opened and i saw all the new employees who seemed very attentive and eager to help me in almost every isle and at every register again i was very enthusiastic about the store, now its been open for a little while and i don't see as many employees , or Maned cash registers available so now its like every other store where you go in try and find what your looking for and leave

I bought a bathroom faucet online to pick up in store. It was ready and an easy experience!

I’m currently in the process of buying a home and have quite a few needs that home depot has to fill. I live in Lehigh acres but i make the drive to this location because the staff is much friendlier and seem to know where to look for the products i need. Definitely the best hardware store around.

We wanted a new kitchen stove & did a lot of our homework online. When we went to the Home Depot in Estero, the store had all the appliances we wanted to look at in person to compare them. We spoke with the salesperson to hone in on our choice. We made the choice, paid for the appliance, got a delivery date & left. Easy peasy. The delivery was on time and was easy as possible also. Very happy Home Depot customers.

I went to home depot looking for a specific type of caulking,,no one knows what certain caulking are used for, and when I asked, I was told what isle the caulking was in,,,I knew that!

We usually don’t buy big ticket items in a large box store. We were looking for a bracket for a window treatment, which we did not find and walked into the appliance section where we met an awesome associate!!!! (ANDREW GILL). He asked if there was anything he could help us with, we told him no. He then observed us looking at the wash machines and casually walked over and started talking about it, his research and so forth. We were so impressed with his knowledge and his no pressure salesmanship that we instantly felt comfortable. We ended up purchasing both a washer and dryer. After talking with him, he informed us this was his third day at Home Depot. My wife and are both retired professionals. (City Manger, Tax Administrator). You will never find a more professional at Home Depot well alone, anywhere that is the quality of this young man. We highly recommend him for any positioned within any major corporation.
