Most helpful and friendly staff I've ever seen at a home depot

Joey was head cashier at the U scan He asked me if I was missing product I told the exact product I was missing. He literally said we got it I said no you don’t, lol I checked everywhere, he got someone to cover him very briefly and we s speedily walked back to the area that I was looking for. He actually found them! Didn’t have to make an additional trip dude is amazing that great customer service skills, good morale, super motivated and diligent hats after that dude good work brother!

Clean, neat and well stocked Home Depot with fantastic staff. Thank you Q and Joey for your superb customer service!

Beautiful new store with exceptionally helpful employees. Gabriel helped us get the 2 exact light bulb products for the 2 obsolete ones we were replacing, and Alexander helped at checkout, including making us aware of our eligibility for a veterans military discount. My only regret is that I normally shop at another Home Depot closer to me, so I only get down to this area every few months.

I have one question. Why is this store listed as Estero when it is located in San Carlos Park North? Fort Myers

Would like to thank Joey for taking the time to tell me about the home Depot pro and signing me up. The team over the is just incredible, your customer service is off the chain. From the patio section to plumping. Everyone made it a point to speak or just to say hi, even one of the guys on the lift went out of his way to say something to us as we walked by. Who does that? You do and I thank you for all y'all did. Justin, Kenny, Ana, Amari just to mention a few. Yall have established a great name for your home depot. There is pride and it shows. I stopped an the Arby's down the road and we were complimenting y'all on your customer service and it became the conversation at the arbys of how awesome y'all are. Thanks again. You will be seeing us again all the way from LaBelle.

We have two Home Depot’s within 5 miles of our home. We prefer Estero due to cleanliness, employee helpfulness, and product availability. We have been there 5x in the past few weeks and staff remembers us!

We bought window AC units and the men who helped us knew all about them.

I have been to countless Home Depot stores even some in the surrounding areas and the new Estero location is on a whole different level. The store was organized, clean and the employees although younger were all wonderful! I am getting older so I really appreciate the friendly staff and ease of shopping. I will always drive the extra miles just to visit this store whenever I need a tool or products. Thank you for a great shopping experience! Top Notch!!

I received help with a return that was above and beyond expectations

Kyle in the Lumber Department went above and beyond in helping me come up with a solution to my problem. I have a dogsitting business and have tried countless things to protect my doors from being scratched up by the dogs. Kyle introduced me to pvc sheets and then cut them all to size so all that had tk be done was for them to screwed on.

this is the cleanest Home Depot. Being a contractor working throughout Southwest Florida we visit Home Depot regularly if not daily. This is by far the best ran store, the cleanest store and has the most polite staff.

Bought a full set of appliances and lots of items for our house renovation.

We had to pick up tiles and they were very heavy. Jacob did all the work for us and got them to our car. It was great to have the help. This was the Estero location which is new and very clean and seems to be run well.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone was super friendly, but we had 3 employees specifically that went above and beyond in assisting us this trip. Thank you Joey, Pete, and Rich!

I had a lot of items that I brought to the self checkout and right away Lis offered to help me. We worked together very well ad had everything from one cart scanned and transferred into another cart. Lis made things so much easier!!

The staff at this stote is just amazing they are just wanting and waiting to help you so very refreshing. !!!!

Erika was awesome and helped me find just the right outdoor lightbulbs, a problem that has been plaguing me for months. She spent time helping me online and in the aisle figuring out just what i needed.
