It’s always hit or miss with Home Depot employees but I had a great dealing with the employee Andrea she was so much help tonight.

There so many things on the wish list, focusing on a single product would be something I would be hard pressed to do a review. We will be back.

Great customer service! I had to return stuff....smooth, I needed help finding an item....they walked me directly to it, something rang up incorrect....she corrected it and it was quick~!

I needed help with building a sandtray. Derek, over in lumber, was pretty amazing and patient, in spite of all that was on his plate. I really appreciated the way he helped me out. This has been the third time where I have been to this Home Depot location, I have needed help, and Derek was kind enough to approach me and ask me if I needed help with anything. That is pretty rare. I really am grateful for that. Since it is incredibly rare, I decided to write my first ever review for Home Depot.

I have had mainly good experiences at this location. Associates that have walked me right to the item and helping me to get exactly what I was looking for.

Amazing with all the gentrification in the area the need for security all over the store. Never ending cluttered aisles with pallets of products. Empty shelves, etc...

I visited all the Home Depot stores in Albuquerque. I finally stopped at the #3501 and made my purchase. The sales person was helpful and patient with me as I looked around. She answered all my questions. I trust GE appliances and I’m looking forward to having my range delivered and installed. Thank you

Employees there are really not interested in helping you find items and the item I wanted is consistently out of stock.

I priced the type of water heater I need at several stores and found Home Depot to have the best price. I received assistance contacting the installer, who has an AAA+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website. It was a positive experience.

I don't understand why you can't pay cash at tge self checkout. If you won't let people pay cash there, then open up a dedicated line so that you can move people more quickly out of the store. Is cash a crime now to use?

I'm so happy to walk into a store, ask a store employee for help, and actually get help. The rep, Kyle, was not in the dept I needed, but he went with me to the dept. Another employee, Lyndsay, came in and helped me with my purchase. They were both great, knowledgeable and helpful!

The location of this store is not great - a rough neighborhood known for crime and panhandling. I appreciate the fact that every time I have visited this store there have been visible security guards and or a police presence - making the experience safer and more comfortable.

Plenty of employee help around the contractor areas, but less so arounbd the average person looking for an item.

Worst HOME DEPOT I’ve EVER been too. The MANAGER lied to face about a warranty water heater. Ethan is the worst manager I’ve ever meet. Very dismissive of your concerns. I almost want to file a lawsuit!!!!

I shop HD almost daily. That said I have always had such great interaction with my cashier Cassandra. She is always so helpful and can point me where I need to be. I always return just for the friendly interaction. Such a change!

Always clean, friendly and easy to navigate in this Home Depot. The staff is helpful and I can always find someone to help out every time I visit the store.

Zyn is the worst person I have ever seen in my life and I was told she is one manager here. The best and nicest staff is Rick (door/windows department).

I purchased a Rheem Propane water heater. It was some what an easy install and the product is performing as expected. I do like this product. Unfortunately, the price was a bit high. I do wish circumstances would have been better when purchasing. Very little employee interaction.

Shout out to Denise B, store manager, for going above and beyond to help get a defective product replaced. While the two extra trips to HD (at 70 miles round-trip each) and extra cost to have a plumber remove and replace the defective toilet are an added expense I'm not happy about, Denise was helpful, pleasant, and professional. She made sure to make the process as easy as porcess despite a complicated situation. Thank you for that.

unfortunately this store has went downhill in recent months, there are way too many thieves that have damaged this stores reputation, and the security is a bit overbearing in their methods, they'll follow anyone they believe is a thief. it's unfortunate that they profile a certain group of people more than another set. I've had to speak to managers on three different occasions about this. I think they've changed their policy, because it seems to be getting better. it was better when the police were at the store, at least some of the criminals knew that if they got caught by a police officer they were going straight to jail and it cut down on the shoplifting. Other than that major flaw, everything in the store is great, the employees are awesome. they help out and go out of their way to make sure that you get the right part or use the right methods to finish your project.

We bought pavers and had excess that needed to be returned. Frank and the forklift driver were amazingly skilled. They got the pavers out of our SUV with ease, counted them quickly, and we're a lot of fun to work with.

Love how the staff didn’t force the mask mandate on me. The cashier Fritawas a sweet lady dancing, smiling and laughing. Made my shopping experience at this store a lot more enjoyable.

I bought a motor oil not too long ago, no one wanted to help or even come and ask. Except Allen (lot guy) helped me find the item and even got it down from the top shelf. Need more employees to have that working mentality

I have found the Home Depot rental center at the Eubank store to be great, having exactly what I needed and the person running the center was most helpful.
