Too many homeowner shoppers right now.

Cashier refused to take my store credit because the name on file(my girlfriend)didn’t match my ID for an 8$ purchase. Now in this time of COVID-19 pandemic when we are told to shop alone.. Home Depot can’t hire self thinking employees to make real world judgement calls. Let’s be real if I was using someone else’s store credit I don’t think I would be spending just 8$ on some compression fittings and couplers to fix my A/C unit..

Alea is a super nice girl, super helpful, and the paint guy too. I go to this home depot just to see them.

I have great service from friendly and knowledgeable clerks. supply is usually very good.

My visits to Home Depot are usually good and today a staff member named Alea helped me and she was great. She was attentive and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. She made up for the other employees that weren’t quite as helpful.

Store is clean, employees are friendly and usually helpful. My only complaint is the lack of cashiers. Forcing people to use self check out. My problem with self check out is "customers" are slow in self check out. I don't blame them. I'm sure if they were trained to do the "JOB" it would be faster. However, I was not hired as a cashier so why am I doing the job?

The store was nice. What really made the visit was our cashier Josefita. She was amazing and very helpful during the visit. Will return and would recommend.

Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. I walked in with a huge paint order and the clerk in that department did not blink an eye when he worked to complete my request. He even called another store since I bought out the supply on the shelf of one of the paints I needed.

Great store for my lumber needs, paint, hardware & tools. Love their selection on grilling & smoking (meats), wood chunks/chips. My grandkids love the kids clinic, great time for grandpa & kids. Helpful staff & clean store. I will keep going back for years.

The customer service lady, Angie, was an absolute delight yesterday. After the challenges I had figuring out how to open your magnetic key box and cutting a gypsum board to size, the bright and polite Angie resolved all. Not only did she find my wayward pre-ordered tile, she showed me how to open the magnetic key box and found a great solution for the right sized gypsum board. After that, she loaded my treasures in the trunk. Thanks, Angie!

The cashier and the person in the store that help me find things were great. The cashier asked twice for someone to help me load up the 40 lb bags of water softener pellets. Nobody came to help me it was a struggle.

The service at the Home Depot store on Eubank Blvd, Albuquerque city as always, was perfect. The appliance specialist was excellently helpful.

The sales associates were helpful on where certain products were, and they could tell me the number aisle to find these items.

WhenI check online for thing they never seem to have it in stock and I have to wait for it to be shipped. I usually go elsewhere and buy it so I dont have to wait

The Home Depot has so much selections especially for Christmas .employees are friendly .

We went to get a pallet of pellets. We were in and on our way home with 15 minutes from time we walked into the store till we were on the road on our way home.

The associates at this store are always so available to help whenever I need it. This store always has what I need in stock. Carmen the cashier is the person I look for every time I check out . She is simply the best! Fast. Efficient. And friendly!

I am a Veteran with a couple of handicap issues and as a homeowner it can be a challenge for me to shop for materials I sometimes need because in many retail stores here in Albuquerque customer service is something I have chase down and wrestle with obtaining...except for the Home Depot on Eubank near Central and Southern. In my experience, there are staff there who actually enjoy helping customers and even seem anxious to do so. What a pleasant surprise it is.

The employees are quite experienced in construction and home repair and know where to find needed items. Extremely valuable help.

Already stated in preious comments. You can do bettter!, (in the past you have). Briefly, 1. Ensure the computer prices match your display prices (two differnt items, two days in a row overcharged. What's the odds that I would find the only two items that were not ringing up correctly?...Astronomical!....I don't think so. If I happened on two items, in the multitude of items in yours store, there's likely MANY more that the prices don't match. 2. Friendlier customer return personnel. And the customer shouldn't have to show the store personnel the items and the posted prices prices to speed things along (because the clerk was ?too lazy to go back & verify the price herself). 3. Match your competitors discounts for military personnel (or continue on the same way and chance losing their business). It's ridiculous that I can't buy an over $8__.__ dollar Mastercooler and be told the max discount I could get back on it was limited to $50.00! Also, buying home improvement supplies to maintain a home that's over 60 years old, and being told that the discount doesn't apply to building materials! Check your competition. And if you still feel that you'll loose your a__, on doing a blanket discount like they do,... you could at least improve your discount to say, maybe a limit of 3 of the same building materials (I don't think contractors would make multiple ((3-item limit)) trips to get the discount if they were say...building a house, etc...). 4. Stock more items for the local populace (Example: 14"x20" ceiling vent registers) used in older homes

The employees at this store went over and above to help us find everything we needed, while being courteous, friendly and kind. They were FANTASTIC!

Extremely misinformed & unprofessional, multiple employees and managers wouldn't give me correct info about my water heater installation. I wouldn't recommend buying any big appliances at the Eubank location. Go with LOWE'S instead, they actually have competent staff.

The cashier was so very nice..Just that if they are short of employees , they will not help you laod anything, like bags of cement, & that's not very good when the person is elderly & has copd..I think maybe they should consider the person when their having a hard time breathing. But this sort of thing can happen anywhere

Lorenzo was beyond helpful to me /loaded everything up for me. Great to speak with, made me laugh :>) We ALL need laughter in out lives! Thank you for all your help.
