The trainer and trainee duo, salesperson KFA178B, were awesome in helping me out setting up the order through the phone and completing it with everything that was requested of them. And the next day, picking up the order was a breeze also with them there. I really appreciate their effort. They went well above and beyond for me. 5 star service!

store representative/employees are so helpful and kind.

I love going there because one of the store associate Waijer speaks Chinese. It's so much easier to send my parents who don't speak English to go there because he is always so willing to help. Literally, the first thing we went into the store was to make sure Waijer was there.

Store was clean and employees were great! They were very attentive, answering all my questions and assisting me with several decisions. Someone stayed with me throughout the shopping experience until all transactions were satisfactorily completed.

I had several odd and / or specific items to find in Electrical. LISHA, fortunately for me, was on the job. She helped me find the two specific lights I needed, and some more items. She was fun, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. She made my supplies run actual FUN. She also saved me some time, because. I was having trouble finding the lights. The other items I could have found, no doubt -- eventaully -- but of course having help and company is preferable. And again there she saved time. In general, I go to Everett, Somerville, and Watertown HD stores and find them all good in terms of supplies, and not bad in terms of service. It varies day by day, but all stores have people who try to help. It would be great if management chose to hire a few more employees per shift so it was easier for them to help us customers. Certainly Lisha on this day had time, and gave it, and it made my trip to this Home Depot so much more fun -- and efficient! I imagine corporate is weighing "Paying more employees per day" versus "Will we get more customers if we are more helpful?" I say, yes, you'll attract more customers to YOUR store if we go to it and get and feel well-served.

Disappointed by an employee telling me that I couldn't go pick up soil with my cart because I had a few tools in my cart... He then changed my cart then disappeared with my other items. Did I look like I was going to steal something? Maybe because I'm brown? I've never experienced something like this before at this store. Very disappointed by the experience, and honestly a bit humiliated.

Excellent place to shopping.

Had a fantastic experience at Everett after a few failed experiences at other stores. Made the 11mi drive due to the amazing associates. Shantini in customer service went above & beyond for me- even followed up with a call the next day to confirm I received my order & had a good experience. Jimbo loaded the truck & was super helpful. All the associates were customer service oriented which you don’t always see. The store was very clean, even the bathroom was spotless!

Friendly helpful customer service and floor associates. With a MAP (from the website), I was able to find items pretty easily.

The people there aren’t helpful and have absolutely no customer service. No one was there to help me pick up a 120 pound shelving unit!! According to them “Everyone was busy” Never again! I’ll bring my business elsewhere.

Please can you keep paper towels in the woman’s bathroom? That hot air machine doesn’t help to contain the Coronavirus spreading. Since we can use the paper towel to dry our hands, it is also useful too for holding the door knob when opening the door to leave, without touching the knobs that are full of virus and germs and bacteria. Also please provide a trash can close to the door so we can throw that piece of paper in the trash can( that one that is there, is not easy to reach). Also better keep some bleached wipes close to the entry door , in order to us shoppers using it to clean ours carts( like the majority of stores are doing)helping in this way to stop spreading more diseases. Thanks

good customer service, good enviroment.

Had to argue and argue to get the manager to match the flooring price shown on the HD app when the store had a different price. Note: Significant difference, price on app was "new lower price" for the store, not some sort of online special, etc. Generally have had good experiences at HD, just not this time and not this location.

Best Home Depot I have visited lately! Everyone in the store shows you they would like to help you and are very happy to do so!! I feel like part of the Home Depot family in this particular store. It's a very nice feeling when shopping and don't understand what the best product for the money is you're shopping for and why. I love that this store helps like that and doesn't make you feel like you are asking stupid questions. Keep up the good work, Home Depot in Everett, Mass!!!

Pick up order was missing a piece. So now I have to go back and hope you have another one in stock. 45 minutes out of my day lost.

the woman register was amazing every time I come in she even remembers my project name this is my problem there is no employees at the registers there self manned and the lines are crazy my time is valuable

Best store to shop, best customer service.

One of the best Home Depots I've ever visited. Everyone is so friendly! And it's not hard to find someone to ask a question. They have parking lot attendants who help you load heavy items into your car or truck. That is really, really helpful. I tried to give them a tip but they turned it down saying it's against store policy. Unfortunate, but they are definitely honest!
