Employee helped us for our produce purchase

My wife and I returned for a fourth time to the O’Fallon Illinois Home Depot and specifically sought out Jacob the flooring department associate because of our great history from working with him over several projects

Know what you need going in. The employees are no help and many times avoid interacting with customers. They have plenty of time to talk to other employees though.

I stopped in flooring just to do some price checking. I asked Kathryn several questions concerning carpets. Her knowledge, expertise and kindness help to make my experience stress free. It also made it easy for me complete my purchase of several carpets for my rental property that day before I left the store. Great job!

My wife and I had a darn good experience! We would like to personally thank James, John and Wendy for helping us with our purchase.... We were greeted by Deja and Diamond as we entered the store.

I only go to this location since it's within a mile of my house. Mostly, just the managers are friendly and helpful at this location. Most of the employees don't smile or greet you when enter the store.

I'm sure the quality of what I purchased I've bought it before and I'm sure I'll buy it again in the future in the coming future I have no problems

Never buy online & have it delivered by Fed-EX since the product may never arrive or be damaged beyond repair like a batch of floor leveling cement recently purchased from another vendor. Just go to Home Depot in person.

I was at the lumber section and need to get a few boards cut down. A trans guy came to help they rolled their eyes when I told them what I needed m. I asked if anything I could do to help the process and they stated yeah I could buy my own panel saw… wow that was rude… I then explained that I need something cut to a certain size they started marking it out and cut the first one then proceeded to cut the next one. I had to stop them and explain saw width and how all the board would be different sizes if they did that they then rolled their eyes again and started over… not good customer service

This store is a mess. They call it Fairview Heights in the email and only say O fallon on this page. The plumbing section is a rubic's cube if you try to find anything. If you need assistance you have to hunt down the endangered species employees. They are hard to find and avoid human contact. I will avoid further contact myself.

Don't know what it is but customer culture on the employees working with the public needs work. I never feel welcome and unlike a one up store, they have little to strive for in keeping in business. Must be the area as the neighboring businesses have that same negative vibe.

I bought a washer and it work great.

The young lady was trying her best to help a person paying with cash. This was in self checkout. Her register got stuck. Another Person hurried and opened another register.

The sales associate, Clair, was instrumental in helping us make an informed decision on which patio door to purchase.

Dan and Jen at the Pro desk were extremely helpful and provided advice and helped with decisions. Bid for the materials of electric and a new loft in a large new building were spot on. Guided me through all the way to check out. It meant a lot to me.

We bought this 5 cubic foot Magic Chef freezer to be able to make ice bricks and casserole dishes for our camping events. It is perfect!

I tried for 15 minutes to get someone to unlock the tool cage so I could buy a grinder and get back to work. No one would do it, and they made 2 announcements on the overhead trying to get someone that would. No one ever showed up. 6 people were standing in a circle talking at the front so I tried asking them. I was told the guy was on break and I'd have to wait. Then 5 min. Later the same person that told me to wait walked over and unlocked the cage. What's going on in this place? Plus the isles are so crowded with carts full of online orders and cardboard displays you cannot even get to a lot of the products you need.

Always well stocked, good customer service

Two employees, Ian and Linda, stepped outside of their areas of expertise in the store and still assisted me with my needs. Because of this I made additional purchases totaling over $300. When you give good customer service and go the extra mile, it translates into sales and return business.

We bought 4 doors from the belleville location and only 3 were delivered from the o Fallon store. When we came in to get the last door we were given the wrong size. Had to take that door back to the one in Belleville to get this corrected. Will never order from Home Depot again

I've not made any major purchases at Home Depot in several months; however, every time I'm in the Fairview Heights/O'Fallon store, I seem to be able to find just what I need pretty easily or if I can't, an employee has always been able to quickly point me in the right direction. Very impressed with this particular store!

Great customer service with Carole.

I ordered a refrigerator. 3 different instances, they were unable to deliver the fridge. On all 3 cases your systems indicated no issues with the delivery. I waited each day for the delivery. In all 3 cases, I had to contact Home Depot on the status of the delivery. Come to find out that on the first 2 deliveries, the fridge never even made the truck yet your systems indicated no issues with the delivery happening that day. On the 3rd instance the fridge made the truck but was damaged. I then cancelled the order. Unfortunately it the took 3 weeks and 3 more calls to Home Depot to get my money refunded.

Indoor and outdoor customer service was tremendous!

I love this Home Depot for several reasons. Great employees, I always find what I need and the store is clean even the parking lot.

Prices are on sale and very informative on how much the cost will be for installation.

I wish to applaud the employees at the Home Depot in Fairview Heights. From start to finish as we were completing a home renovation, the entire store was very helpful in making this happen. So Tina, Charles, Theresa, Ashley, Dan, Manuel, Crue, Aden and Connie please take a bow and thanks for all you did.

The store is clean and very friendly,helpful staff. After estimate Igor flooring is when it went downhill.
