I think it should be more store associates to help assist customers.

Tom was very infomative and knowledgeable of the products on hand. He matched a competitor's offer, and since we already had an HD card, and his offer definitely sealed the deal.

The associate who helped us and offered assistance was quite informative and extememly knowledgeable about plumbing and plumbing products. He did not rush us and encouraged our questions.

SINCE THE PRICING IN LARGE STORES IS COMPARABLE, EMPLOYEES MAY WANT TO I HAD A DCEVT EXPERIENCE ON THIS TRIP. COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. SERVICE WAS BELOW AVERAGE OVERALL.

We see a lot of the same workers when we go in and they always say, "Hey! Good to see you again!" That makes me feel good, they may not know my name but they do recognize me and that is worth its weight!!!!

Shopping at Home Depot is very relaxing and enjoyable. Not rush to get something and the employees don't follow you around the store, watching you. They are just helpful when you need them.

I was just buying light bulbs. Gene S checked me out! He was so friendly!!! You need more People like him. He made me laugh!! He "Thank Me" no one ever does when I shop there. When I get Gene, he is so consistant, HE MAKE ME LAUGH. He wanted to know if he could"take our Baby Girl as Payment" Now that is a great personality!! Who would ever say that!! I laughed so hard!! I love shopping there and getting Gene as a Checkout Cashier!!!!!

The home depot crew in Fairview Heights are the friendliest and courteous of your stores in this area. They go over and beyond to assist you whether it is their department or not.

Everywhere I went an associate asked if I was finding what I needed and led me right to the product I was looking for, including a few items that were in two locations.

Couldn't find the sliding screen door lock we needed. Not enough choices in the store.

I came to the O'Fallon area store to purchase plywood to be installed as flooring in a shed. It had to be cut to a particular size. An associate was very helpful in helping me pick the wood I needed and having it cut to size. At the checkout the associate called to have someone help load the plywood into my truck. An associate was readily available and was very polite and helpful as he helped. Overall my experience was more than satisfactory and I will be returning for future home purchases.

I walked into Home Depot at 7:00am and Luis - Christy and Patty were very helpful. I found my patio set and Luis and Christy loaded it while Patti and I looked for a cover for my grill - then Patty told me about the charcoal on sale for $5.88 and I got 4(8) bags of those. All 3 associates were very friendly and helpful. By the way â?? I was home by 7:25am â?? I enjoyed having Luis â?? Christy and Patty help me with my Patio Set. I am a novice lawn and garden home owner and the home depot associate that approached me to ask if I needed assistance. Was outstanding resource in the field of lawn and insecticide management, a true expert. Wow! Impressive knowledge of lawn care, really appreciated his advice to me. Thank you.

After mix up with the project loan card we were able to get started with our first project. There were problems at the store. the first being with the project loan approval process. We stood at the deck for over 45 min with nobody helping us. After receiving help we were give a paper pending the arrival of the card. The next day when we attempted to use the card we were told there was no record of our card or application. It took an hour the fix the problem. When we ordered paint we were told the information would be kept in the store computer pending any more orders. When we attempted to order more paint we were told "nobody puts that information in the computer. The last and biggest problem, we were told that they do not work on Modeler Homes. We explained when we got the Project loan what we were attempting to do.

I bought a stainless steal cleaner for my wife based on the recommendation of the store associate. It was also a great price.
