Poorly Organized, not enough employees for # of customers
Clerks hawk over customers @ self checkout rather than help when a customer needs help finding items they want to buy. POORLY organized, Not friendly & employees seemed harried. :(

    Jenie helped me get the best price for a stainless steel set of matching stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. She definitely knows the stock well. I was impressed that she was able to find exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price. I had to call her today to make a small change to my order and I was impressed by how thorough she is. Even to the point of alerting me that the delivery people use their own phones to give delivery time estimates so to be sure to answer the phone that day so I will have a delivery window. It was like she was looking ahead to avoid any possible problems. She is excellent and I highly recommend her. I will be looking for her again if I need any kind of help. I know she will direct me to the best person in other departments, too. Thank you, Jenie!

      Excellent customer service
      Jake from the garden department, was very helpful, courteous knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He helped me select the items I I needed, gave me some pro tips and help me load the material into my car.

        Big store parking is tight
        Store has expanded where neighboring stores moved out. Everyone wants to park under cover. I just park to the right in the shopping center's open air spaces. Went to get a bathroom sink faucet. The 12 ft high display board that usually has faucets out of the box was--PICTURES. I've got pictures on my phone I want to see the real thing.

          Terrible
          Employees everywhere but nobody could help get a tool out of the cage. Needed cordless nailers, asked for help but nobody helped.

                Good knowledgeable help!
                This is my second purchase of an appliance from the Falls Church Home Depot. The associates helped me to pick the right one each time. Jamie and Stephen in Appliances are to be commended!

                  Poor Customer Service.
                  The Supervisor Carlos from ProDesk was rude and not professional or friendly at all, with 3 customers in less than 2 minutes. The Home Depot administration should take this type of situations serious cause not matter the origin of the customers we all need to be well treated cause we are all paying for our products, we are not getting them for free. And customers are the main reason why a company or business works.

                          I have made many purchases over a span of time exceeds 15 years.Today I have purchased a Samsung 6.0 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Gas Range where I have saved almost $350. a great saving in addition to the courteousness of the staff who helped me in my choice

                                        I purchased a tank lever for the toilet. The price on the shelf is $8.49, but it rang up as $8.97. Since I used a Home Depot "store credit" card, so the cashier kept on asking for my ID. I pointed out to her about the price discrepancy several times, but she kept on ignoring me. At the end, I asked her if the price discrepancy is important, but my guess that her answer was No. I was in a hurry, so I paid $8.97 plus tax and left. I think that the Home Depot is no longer the stores that I have known. I will shop somewhere else if I can.

                                          I know this store is terribly busy on weekends. I went early one Wednesday and got helped to the location of my purchase as soon as I entered the store. I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I needed right away. The cashier was quick and friendly. Every employee I passed acknowledged the lady who took me upstairs and said hello to me. I was pleased with my experience. Thank you.

                                                Excellent Customer Service
                                                The Customer Service/Returns associate (Ricardo) went above and beyond in securing a refund for an item that was purchased by my daughter in another city/state. He took the time (almost 30 minutes) and effort to find the actual invoice and receipt information and to transfer the refund amount to my daughter's credit card account. Exceptional service!

                                                    Stopped at Falls Church Home Depot today to pick up some topsoil. Then I saw the plants and ended up buying five perennials plus four bags of garden soil and topsoil--all for $95.75. An employee directed me on how to find a bulb planter I was looking for. On to work in my yard!

                                                          Good place to shop but the mployees do not all know where their stock is!!!
                                                          Bought a little brick-- took it to the register -- the woman took forever to look it up -- did not understand the simple explanation I gave her -- I even SPELLED the name of the product and she got it wrong-- I left and went to another register - the guy there took a LITTLE less time looking up that little brick - they both had to use the register/computer and THEN their handhelds - this was a ridiculous circus for a product under $2. ALSO -- one wandering young man - employee - told me offhandedly where to search for a certain product and it was not at ALL there -- he DID NOT know where the stock was and sent me on a wild goose chase.
