Store usually well stocked with competent and friendly employees. Assistant Manager Ian gave me great customer service with an issue I had with my Home Depot credit card. I have two other Home Depots closer but go to this one for more important purchases such as special order doors/windows. Store also carries better variety than most.

Home Depot at Seven Corners was clean and well stocked. I found hay for my garden and helpful people to help me.

GREAT Customer service!!! The store was clean and social distancing was in place -- this was the 3rd or 4th time I've shopped here in the past 2 weeks. AND......Thank you young man with the blond hair (2:41pm July 14) and Alejandra - both of whom helped me out of a dilemma.

Employees doing their best to keep the store clean and to maintain distance -- All were wearing masks -- all were very helpful and interactive -- the selection of items was, as usual, varied, name-brands, inexpensive and well-ordered. I've been shopping here for about 25 years and almost always find what I want. You DO need more aisle space in the power tools area -- I'm a skinny small person and still am crowded in that area.

Terrible experience. The store policy is clearly posted and states that everyone must wear a face covering or mask. A paint department employee was not wearing a mask. When I questioned him about it he ignored me and continued stocking and talking to customers. I reported this to someone at the service desk and a half hour later the employee was still stocking the paint shelves and talking to customers without a mask. I was overcharged for an Item and the overcharge price was confirmed at the service desk. I checked the price on your web site and know the price at the store was 4 times the actual price which is posted on the web site and on the shelf at the store. As a result I did not get the items I needed.

The store is very well organized, the products are in place and easy to find. Employees are attentive and helpful when asked. In the circumstances of the Covid 19, the store is very focused on caring for people and their employees. Everyone has their masks and gloves and take care of the distance. The most remarkable thing is that there are many employees taking care of social distance and discipline inside the store ... all of this gave me the confidence to return and make my purchases safely. Your store is indispensable and we very much appreciate your work, especially the managers ... they are amazingly good and efficient! Many thanks, Home Depot!

This review applies to online ordering. Ordered some things and took them 2 days to get back to me saying they didn't have them all (although the website said they were available). Had to hold a project up for 2 days only to find out they actually didn't have all the items. The items they did have were ones we really didn't need so didn't want to bother going all the way over there to get them, but they didn't give me an online option to cancel that, and when I tried calling their # they told me the hold time was 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

This is a convenient location serving greater Arlington area. They have pretty much you need for home decor as well as home building. My favorite part is its plant area. It looks like a hidden gem with all cute little plants.

The representative in plumbing was awesome. He was eager, helpful, and committed to solving my plumbing problem. Although, I purchased items at this store to solve this problem, in the event that these items weren't the appropriate materials, he also helped me to identify other plumbing/supply stores that potentially had the materials. Fortunately, I was able to solve the problem without needing the other stores, but what an amazing gesture. He was truly focused on helping me solve the problem, rather than "just making a sale." Thank you for your customer service, particularly at this time.

You all do a good job!! I am a long time loyal customer. You are more home store. If I need one or two little things I will run to the corner hardware store, For any type of larger or volume purchase I will always come to you folks. Thanks Again!!

i come in for lumber mostly, yaya and mark promptly drop wood from the overhead when i need it and it doesnt take too long. cant say much about other associates for ive only come to buy wood here

I was satisfied w/the saleswoman & very satisfied w/Princess in Customer Service, but the whole experience of buying a gas dryer was horrible. To verify everything on the phone took hours--that's my main complaint. They don't seem to know what they are doing so they put you on hold to seek info which takes hrs. totally. Like I said--employee named Princess in Customer Service was terrific & solved the issue.

Dirty crowded store. Parking garage is a dark cavern with standing water, dust, dirt and litter everywhere. Store crowded and customer service weak. Self Service cash registers broken or not accepting cash. Bathrooms dirty. Find a Home Deport farther out in suburia for a better experience.

Home depot should carry more brands and give us more choices.
