ATT: MULTIPLE staff ordering and IT errors on $43,000 full kitchen cabinet and appliance order resulting in 9 of 18 cabinet items returned/reordered, THREE REPEATED orders with a 2 month wait each (oven cabinet and set of doors). Customer discovered a refund of $429.20 was not processed on 4/7/22 as told, determined to be another IT error (reprocessed 7/7/22), as well another $3000+ IT unresolved error. Expect another 2 month delay for latest reorder. Customer care submittal does not get Executive attention.

We preferentially shop at the Ft Oglethorpe HD because of how nice and welcoming every single associate is during our visits. Whatever changes the management has made are showing up in an overwhelming improvement in the atmosphere at this store. We do all of our DIY shopping at HD now because of the exceptional level of customer service.

I live in the area and enjoy shopping at Home Depot in Fort Oglethorpe. Always find courteous knowledgeable assistance.

While it is sometimes difficult to find help, they are always very useful when I do find someone. The paint station is almost always staffed and the folks are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordered cabinets from this store about 9 months ago. Still waiting on a shelf and a touch up kit.

I’m so glad to know when I walk into the Fort O Home Depot there will be friendly and knowledgeable people in every area of the store. They are always helpful if I have a question or need help checking out and loading my purchases.

I've been a long time Home Depot customer. We've recently moved to this area and Fort Oglethorpe is the closest location to us. I've had nothing but great experiences here. The store is well stocked and the employees have been really helpful, no matter what department I'm in everyone greets me with a smile and asks if I need assistance. I'm thankful to have such a well run location near me.

I've been to a few Box stores and HD is the best. the employee's take pride in their job's and are always ready to help.

Always helpful and knowledgeable, only reason I shop there is because I know I will be helped and if one person doesn't know the answer, they will direct me to someone who will know.

I don’t get the type of customer service from the store in Chattanooga as I get from this Home Depot location

I had an incredible experience at the Fort Oglethorpe Home Depot. I was trying to place a complicated order that simply wasn’t possible through homedepot.com—but the in-store team went above and beyond to make it happen. They took the time to understand what I needed, worked through the details with patience, and found a solution that the website never could have offered. Their commitment to customer service really stood out, and I left feeling taken care of and genuinely appreciated. Huge thanks to the team there—you turned a frustrating situation into a great experience!

The folks there are very helpful, and have great knowledge of their store. I have never went into this store and not got exactly what I came for. Very well stocked and organized.

Love this location and the employees they have. They are always so friendly and welcoming. Nick is one of the supervisors there and he truly is the best. He’s kind, and honest. Told us everything we needed to know. Just truly an amazing person. If you ever have anything wrong, ask for Nick.

The employees of the Home Depot in Fort Oglethorpe are always welcoming. They ask to help you find whatever you're looking for and then offer suggestions on any project you might be working on.

I almost always find what I am looking for

I rented 2 floor sanders and upon returning the clerk charged me a $50 cleaning fee on top of rental cost simply because I left a little bit of saw dust in the evacuation bags. I offered to take them back and dispose of them myself, in which his reply was he was going to charge me regardless of anything I did. I have never had a more unreasonable experience with an associate. I did the job diy to save money and this man cost me an additional $50 because he was having a bad day.

I had to find what I wanted myself because I couldn't find any employee that was in the section I needed help when I did find someone they couldn't help because they worked in a different section.

Always been a good experience when going there

I wanted a refrigerator with specific options and had a very specific dimension I could use. I was finding it difficult to figure out my needs. It turns out what I wanted really is no longer available. However, MJ in appliances was by far the most helpful of anyone I encountered, and I went to every store and location imaginable trying to solve my riddle.

We're having our kitchen renovated by Home Depot. The Kitchen Designers have been terrific. We're in and out quite often, as we take care of small details to get ready for the installation. Customer service has been very good, courteous and helpful. I have had to return a number of items, not for quality reasons but just because they don't work with the design scheme. The people at the Returns Desk have been efficient and kind and I don't feel like I'm a pain in the neck. Because prices are so competitive between big box stores, customer service is the thing that gets me to come back. So far Home Depot Fort Oglethorpe has my business! (P.S. I never leave reviews, but I am truly impressed with their people.)
