Each employee I encountered greeted me with a smile and was glad to point me in the direction I desired. The departmental employee was patient and knowledgeable in helping me through the purchase process.

Had some 10% off coupons that were expired. I was on an extended vacation and missed out on using them. I called customer service to see if I could get replacements. They said even though they were over a month old the manager could do an override. I spent $1000 dollars and would spent another $250. I asked to see the manager but the guy at the counter told me as a supervision he was trained to only do 1 to 2 weeks past. Then asked is snippy tone how long ago I had talked to customer service. I told him yesterday. Still did not offer to get the manager. I am building a house and this does not encourage me to return.

We purchased primer, ceiling, and wall paint. The employee was very helpful in guiding our decision. He was quick and efficient, very accommodating. He was knowledgeable about the products he sold.

I went to this store because I knew they stocked the item I wanted, I asked a worker where the Item was located, the worker went with me to the location and asked if there was anything else I needed, Thanked the worker got my item found another item I could not leave the store without. Checked out and I am satisfied.

Very disappointed with Home Depot online! The Store itself I don't really have a complaint yet...Nor do I want one. I just want what I had ordered! FYI-the Store staff did tell me when ordering online have your items shipped to the store and not your home. You will receive much better service and help from HDonline.

Hard time getting help and don’t keep up with restocking

I had to come in twice for a simple paint sample and both times, something was wrong. The first time my flat paint that I requested by showing the employee the exact canister of quality and sheen I wanted had magically turned into satin paint, which I didn’t know until I had already painted with it! The employee never asked what sheen I wanted or what quality to confirm. The second time when I returned the first sample and got the second one, another employee automatically gave me the most expensive sample instead of the normal one I needed, though it’s actually flat this time. These employees are NOT asking questions to complete the paint orders correctly, so make absolute sure you double check everything and fix it at the counter. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.

I love this Home Depot! They are always helpful and work hard to keep the store organized and clean. We drive right by the other place and turn into Home Depot!

This is our go to place for all our work related needs, as well as our home needs. They carry brands that I can trust at prices that are compatible. We have had some issues in the past, but the great staff at Home Depot have always worked them out. All businesses will have the occasional hiccup and I can say that they have been few and far between. We shop there almost daily and with that much interaction you are sure to run into a snag. Thankfully I've never been disappointed.

Karen at the front checkout was super kind. She couldn't find a product we had got so her and my husband finally found it. Her patience with herself and us was amazing! She said she had taught school for many years so I'm sure that is where that came from. I think Mrs. Karen deserves a raise!

Lumber selection was terrible and not one employee offered to help dig lumber out of the bin location

I’ve had several great experiences at the store. When it comes to home improvement stores, I do recommend the Home Depot in Fort Oglethorpe. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to find solutions to your home improvement project needs. The lawn and garden Department has a huge selection of plants right now. To top it off, the management at the store goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Well done and thank you.

Recently purchased a riding lawnmower. Purchase was easy and delivered to my door within two days. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location

Three employees completely ignored us, waited on a man who came in after us the the male associate walked passed us, didn’t speak and went and got on the service desk computer, we wound up putting our items back in the buggy and going to check out on the other end, the check out associate there was very nice.

I've bought a washer and dryer through home depot a few months ago. I had a good experience so I went back to the fort oglethorpe home depot for decking supplies, and had another great experience!

Helped me pick out boards for my project, cut them to fit, helped find the correct size screws I needed and left and came back with a tool for me to purchase to make the project easier.

Everyone is so nice and courteous and always there to help.

Bought a stand up freezer today. Christopher was very engaging and went way above and beyond what he had to do. It was so nice to have an employee offer to assist the customer. Instead of the customer having to go hunt down an employer.

Great customer Service from the ProDesk from Lyndsi who assisted me with my purchase of R-19 Unfaced Insulation Batts, she even helped load the cart at the Bay area and throughout the checkout process. She even called for Pro Loading assistance, in which Jared loaded my vehicle properly. Thank you for the superb service.

Took their sales flyer as it appeared in our local newspaper to the store - reluctantly - on "Black Friday" November 24, 2023. The store was busy, of course, but there was plenty of help on every aisle, with some associates serving two or three customers simultaneously, answering questions, pointing out product locations, and, in my case, one took me to the aisle that contained what I needed; another asked me to wait where I stood and actually brought the product to me, explaining that it was "way on the other side of the store". This is true customer service!
