The store is a good one. unfortunately I would rate some of the products, like those at Walmart, as Chinese junk. It cost me, in the long run, 4 visits to the store to get a garden hose nozzle and not sure this one is any good either

The Home Depot store I went to off of Hulen in Ft Worth was excellent. The associates were friendly and easy to find.The store had a good range of products to compare and the prices were reasonable. Checking out was fast and the cashier was very friendly and professional.

I was looking for a specific thing for a plumbing issue - turned down the plumbing isle and an associate was right there and asked me if I needed help finding something. I showed him what I needed and he totally knew exactly what I needed. Found it and even gave me some tips on how to install. I was so grateful for his help and how nice he was in helping me

This store is where I bought all of my replacement windows and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product. Not only that, the associates in the window area were helpful, courteous, and made certain that what I needed was exactly what I received.

I went to Home Depot on lunch break to get some painting supplies. I was greeted upon entrance and associates were very helpful.

We are in the middle of renovating our first home and have been to this store at least a dozen times in the last month and have spent well over $2000 in lumber. Every time we are in the store we have no help with the lumber. No one helps load or unload.

The Salesperson (David) was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. He was willing to try to work with me on getting a better price for a slightly damaged floor model freezer and I appreciated that. He was polite I did not have to wait for his assistance.

I had purchased paint in a color that did not work. I took it back and asked if they could tweek it as to not waste it. They worked very hard and I was pleased with the result. thanks

Bought paint for the exterior of the house. I was very pleased with the service and product.

I lost one shingle in the stormes. I asked several times for help. One associate just said he did not work in that department (even tho he was behind the desk) and then turned his back to me. It took over 30 minutes to get help and I had to buy a complete bundle, which I did not need. I could not get help loading it into my car after waiting 15 more minutes and elderly customer had to help me. I ususally brag about this store, but was very angry today!

I needed much information about paintingand associate explained how it was done and how many people were using this technique.The plants I bought werefreshand didn'twilt whenthey were transplanted. I had a great time just looking at many new things that make life and home making easier.This has been a hlp to those doing those endless repair jobs that gowith an old home.I love looking at everything.

I had a very great experience at the Home Depot store 542. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful. They were a lot more friendly than the people at the other store i shopped at. I love Home Depot!!!
