No service and they do not care.

This is one home depot I come to because it seems like the employees here are friendlier than any other home depot around. They are usually pretty knowledgeable about where product is located and if you need extra help ordering something their customer service desk is always willing to help you place your order or get you taken care of.

My encounter with the store manager of the Home Depot on Bryant Irving, Byron Wallace, was extremely unpleasant. Three days before Christmas, he declined to assist me with an error made by his store and employees, resulting in not only a significant inconvenience to my family but also an additional financial burden of $1000 due to the lack of customer support provided by this manager. Based on this experience, I would advise against placing trust in any information conveyed by Manager Byron Wallace.

I love shopping at Home Depot. I always receive friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring service. The staff always takes the time to answer my questions and to give me the information I need. The products I purchase are always top of the line.

Hunter did a great job helping us through the process of buying tiles. He was very patient and kind, and had a lot of great expertise. We would definitely return to him when we are looking for tiles again. He was very upfront and honest about everything, and we appreciate his advice so much!

Every staff member I interacted with at this store was extremely helpful and friendly.

I bought materials to build my wife her "Girlie Grotto", and the associates were so helpful, you'd think that they were building it with me! After leading me to what they thought would be best for the job, they asked if I would return with pictures of the finished product. When I recently decided to put an HVAC in my workshop, Ft. Worth Home depot was my only choice. They sent the best out. They gave me a fair assessment , we agreed upon a price, and the job was complted the next day, in 107 degree heat! Why run around, trying to find the best deals, and service? These guys know what they are doing.

Ever since going to self checkout they don't seem to care about having enough human cashiers. The store is clogged almost everywhere with product stacks and displays in the aisles.

This store goes above and beyond with helping get house projects/improvements completed. Alan in the kitchen remodel was very helpful! Designed exactly what I needed within my budget. Also Larry and Marshall were both very helpful in helping me order a storm door. This store beats another store in the area, as there is alway someone at the desks when you need them. The staffing here is great! Thank you!

Great customer service. Martha did a great job.

I had no problem finding employee's when I had questions. Also customer service was exceptional.

The attendant at the self checkout told me to “Hold on!”, when I shifted my weight from one foot to the other. I had no intentions of going forward until a register became available. There was no need for her rudeness.

I had the pleasure of Jerry Flippen assisting me with the purchase of my deck. He is very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the kind of deck I wanted, by showing me different samples. Also showed me everything I needed to complete the deck. I enjoyed working with him and would look for Mr. Flippen for my next project.

Cashier by the name I can’t pronounce was extremely knowledgeable about the placement of items.

The associate, Cynthia Osgood, who assisted me through every step of my purchase was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The young man in the plumbing dept was very knowledgeable and helped me with my problems.

I needed help with paint and molding and could not of asked for better customer service. Paint clerk, wood clerk, and cashier - all in different departments - all were excellent!!

Came in to get some key copies made. The key guy came over with a girl (both employees) both barely acknowledged me. He takes my spare and just stands there with his back towards me, basically pushing me off to the side while him and this girl are just talking. He is complaining to her about how he almost got fired apparently. After a few minutes he finishes the keys, hands them to me without a word. I said thanks I appreciate it. He says nothing and him and this girl just keep talking and walk off. I found the situation extremely uncomfortable, awkward, and very rude. Seems trivial but left an impression on me which was not good. Sorry to inconvenience you on a Sunday while you are at work and bother you. I know better now than to go to this location if I need spare keys made in the future.

I wish I could rate above excellent. The customer service reps and the workers on the floor were very attentive and above and beyond to assist me. We had computer issues and they teamed up together until everything was perfect. Also a worker seen been struggling to get a tote from a shelf and immediately came to help me. This was an elderly who could have easily asked someone else to help me, but she did not, she helped me.

Manager must be on vacation.

I bought fence panels and they are even better than what I expected. The store associate was extremely helpful in making sure I got what I needed!

Manager would not return drip edging that was damaged by HomeDepot delivery driver. The driver knew it was damaged and left it on the job site for us to deal with. We were told any HomeDepot would take the return but Hulen HoneDepot said no. They also would not return flooring that we had proof of purchase for because they could not find it in their system. Manager did not care to try to resolve at all.

Associates in all departments were helpful and informative to all our needs. We recently purchased a washer and dryer set and the associate nearly read my mind when she suggested what could fit in the washing machine we were considering. The Home Depota prices are great too. You definitely get more for your money going through The Home Depot to buy your appliances.

We had an awesome experience at Home Depot in Fort Worth near S. Hulen. The associates are ready and eager to help you. Every question was answered with sincerity and they were overly pleasant.

Love and shout out to a 15 Year Employee, Cashier Robin in Pro Building Supply area in store and being a Beacon of Excellence for the way she represents The Home Depot. Give her a raise and bonus.

I went to Home Depot for some screws to fix a table leg; I'm an older gal and know nothing about hardware. Fortunately I ran into an employee named Donald, and he offered a world of help, patience and even education. If you need help, look for Donald! Five stars to him!
