For at least 3 years, I have been going 30 min out of my way to THIS Home Depot, 100% because of the way the employees treat me every time I come! They were even wonderful to my pup before she died!

The store is always clean and wee stocked. The staff is friendly and well knowledgeable.

I needed assistance with a delivery and Noah helped me set it up and had the item delivered the same day.

All the employees were friendly. The young man I asked for help with 2 purchases, I found out later was actually off duty and was walking out and leaving yet didn’t mind a bit help me with unlocking cages for yard power tools.

I have dealt with all types of personalities in 50 years and it is rare to meet a couple of workers that care and help as much as these two did! Hope for the next generation! hah I came in hoping for help with my home supply order and left with hope for our country's future! take notes kids...

I usually go on the app and narrow down where I need to look for my purchase. Many times I have asked for help and I have to say the crew is very friendly and easy to work with. They are interested in you getting what you need.

I walked into this store and I easily found the rep who assisted me choosing the correct battery impact wrench that would suit my needs and budget. I am very pleased with this shopping experience.

This isn’t your regular Home Depot store - these folks have heart and really seem to like their work. They take pride in having items available, they make eye contact and really want to help you find what you need. If you have a business, don’t ignore them when they ask if you have a pro account. Get the pro account.

I went in to get the slim version of the viral Tiktok tree. I saw they didn’t have any, but asked Jay in garden if they had them anywhere else in the store. He told me what I knew, which was that they had put out all they had. Then he went the extra step to look in the system. He saw that this afternoon they were supposed to get another shipment of trees. I didn’t even have to ask him…he went to the back, found one that had literally just gotten there and brought it up front to me! He made my day!

I had a great experience purchasing a Ryobi impact wrench at this location. Bryan helped me with the purchase and went above and beyond to make the process a breeze. His genuine willingness to help and friendly demeanor will bring me back to this store even though it’s further from my house and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. Kudos to Bryan! Your knowledge and professionalism make Home Depot look good!

Mr. A. Ganesh in Appliances at the 7900 North FM620 Austin, Texas store made our shopping experience perfect!

The service employee, Kris, is excellent and patient to take my order of many items, the order worth nearly $1,900.00. After a good amount of time spent for my order, Kris learnt that the coupon send by mail by Home Depot is not honored for will call order, I have to bring the order and pay at the cashier in order the coupon being used. It is a lot of items that I am not able to take at once. I feel like being turn down unfairly by the, may be, assistant manager. 4 point store is my shop store since 2012, I almost know all the employees there by names, but I do not feel I will be comfortable shopping at that store again. I am thì king to cancel the order and request a refund t9 Mỹ Home Depot credit card. I have H.D Bee Cave, Lowe’s Bee Cave where I feel more supported

While surveying stake options for a project Jacob greeted me and asked if he could help, I asked an inventory question which he quickly answered then asked me politely what I was planning on using the stakes for. He was an 'active listener' and was processing what I said and replying with sound alternatives and assisting me in my planning of my project. After we had wrapped that up I remained in the area as did Jacob and a minute or so later he sought me out to bring up another idea showing that he was reviewing what we had said and came up with some more ideas, fantastic customer service!

Julie Watkins and Charles at Four Points helped me when Lakeline Home Depot would not. They were so nice and helpful.

I came in just window shopping for a new dryer as I’m moving into a new home. To keep the story short Julie was very helpful and informative to any questions. 15 minutes later I ended up leaving with a new washer and a new dryer with free delivery and installation. It was a seamless experience!

I have been shopping this location at 4 points for several years and they have a very clean and well organized store. Friendly folks working their to help out when needed.

The store is well organized and stocked. Staff are polite and always helpfu.

I love shopping at this Home Depot, there is a Home Depot closer to us but they are not near as helpful. I have been in that particular Home Depot and could not get help. The store is cluttered and definitely not as clean. I have seen the same door greeter at my Home Depot for many years, he is sweet, kind, funny, and very cheerful. He is in a wheelchair and he is as happy as anyone could be all the time. It lifts my spirits to see him.

Most everything that I shop for is always available when I need it.

I was at returns to return some wood I bought but 1 of the boards had a different tag and was told by David that I could not return it and being so rude and disrespectful to me .He had no respect for customers and always so rude .I guess that the do care who they hire and had no respect for people .This was at 4 Points Home Depot
