I brought this a couple months ago it's working so good 👍

I had bought paint today with my fiancée . The older gentleman in the paint department was very kind and sweet. He was quick to get the line down. He provided painting tips to us beginners. Overall I enjoyed this shopping trip experience as always.

Big thanks to the best team, John and Craig the managers you guys Rock. Mary thank you for being always so kind and helpful. Luis the cashiers manager you are one in a million please never leave the store. Eddy and Tom what am excellent lumber Team thank you for being always so party with me . I love all of you guys it’s because of you I don’t go no where else to shop always back to my fabulous and favorite Home a Depot

Do not shop at this store… absolute crap show. Stuff everywhere, can not even navigate through isles, trash everywhere, lots of employees, no one working. Photo attached is one example of MANY isles blocked.

I decided to take on a do it yourself (DIY) project in my small kitchen and Home Depot had an affordable tiling kit of tools in a bucket that was so cost effective and useful.

I met Josseling in Customer Service when I went to purchase a fan I saw on line. She was FANTASTIC, PATIENT, THOROUGH, KIND, & EVERYTHING GOOD. She PATIENTLY helped to complete my purchase, without an Attitude, that is so common in Public Service today. Josseling deserves INNUMERABLE NUMBER of Stars, for being such a GOOD Person

5 people standing around the self checkout cashiers. Only two open. Line is building. I asked them to one another self checkout but they declined. Standing 20 minutes in line at a self checkout on a Sunday evening is a new one. I don’t even go into me trying to get help in an item I was looking for. That was expected that I won’t find any. The self checkout mess was a new one though.

Store seemed cleaner and less cluttered than my previous trips. Parking lot still very dirty due to heavy amount of contractors that visit.

Almost any given day, the lumber and roofing supply aisles at the local Depot are jammed with inventory. last time I checked and I know this is hard for a lot of people. There is 24 hours in a day. OMG!! you mean??? Yes Dorothy, your stockers instead of looking for Ms. Smiths damaged door, which she has bought heavily discounted, and would return to haul home. Now they allow her and 3-4 CSR'a to let her have a BRAND NEW DOOR,, at the same cost as the damaged one. SO what was the actual cost of that door?? Triple it and you may get close.

I had several employees assist me with questions a pickup order and then items I purchased in the store, as well as assistance loading in my vehicle

Ordered soffit and siding material, paid 5k dollars and after paying and ordering, I had to call numerous times it’s been almost 3 months still haven’t received anything. So I called again. Was on hold for 1 hour before I was just hung up on. Call back, they decided they didn’t have the material I already paid for so they decided just to change my order to something that they think may or may not work for my job when I ordered specific material, and here we are still have no idea what I have ordered, or when it will be here but I’m out 5k dollars.

The associates at self check out are ridiculous if you think people are stealing take away the self check out don’t just stand next to use staring and counting my items.

Second Ring security camera bought recently. Easy to install and set up. Happy decision to include these items for safer home enjoyment.

The Garden center is Greatt The Applince center is Terrible

The appliance department employee was very helpful and the lumber guy was helpful after we snagged another employee to help us find a banister rail. Not happy that we will not receive an email confirming our purchase. AND we requested someone speak English making delivery.

AS IS MOST HOME DEPOT'S. THE OUTSIDE AND PARKING AREAS ARE TRASHY, THE INSIDE NEEDS CLEANING AND BETTER KEPT. THE A/C IS NOT SET TO A COMFORTABLE TEMP. I NEEDED A DRILL THAT WAS LOCKED UP AND NOW THERE IS A QR ON THE LOCKED BIN YOU SCAN AND THEN A HOME DEPOT SLAESMAN ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNOR.

I dislike writing reviews but there’s a lot to say when you can’t shop for items because the aisles are blocked. And it want just blocked with a pallet, but with SEVERAL rolls of carpet. It didn’t make sense how dangerous it was to see that back row blocked. I climbed under a roll that was sitting on a lumber cart to grab a floor mat. Then I just gave up. This store needs to do better with keeping the aisles clear, focus on customer service, and remember safety first.

Needed assistance in the lighting dept looking for some special light bulbs for Bathroom fixture the person in this dept was very helpful in assisting with locating the right bulbs. The self check-out system is set up very nicely and it moves quite quickly.

I live close to the Home Depot in the Forum and it is easy to get in and out for my purchases. Always clerks available to assist me and love that I get the military discount on my purchases.

The Ft Myers Home Depot is great. Staff is always welcoming & helpful. Thank you staff!

I purchased a dryer for one of my tenants at a total cost of $650.00….It didn’t work and took a week to get another one delivered….so tenant was mad but I didn’t really care..😂😂😂

The associates at this store are always very helpful, often say hello to me, and are willing to help me! Thank you !
