Athera and Olivia helped us figure out how to pay for something we though was the right price and they were amazing enough to help us get it.

I go to the forum store almost every day and i would just like to shout out to your employee Tanya she has gone above and beyond to help the customers there at you store i have seen her working the lines at the service desk while other stand around and talk. I really think she needs to be recognized for her hard work.

My husband and I frequent this Home Depot because it is the closest to our house, unfortunately. Most of our visits we are left frustrated because we can’t get any help from the abundance of staff that they have on the floor. Today was a perfect example. I was trying to pick up lumber and there were no lumber carts available inside of the store. I asked five separate employees for help locating a lumber cart, getting one from the parking lot or taking one that was not in use at customer service and after 15 minutes I left without the items that I needed, because not one of those five people spent more than a minute, speaking with me, or trying to “help” me so that I was able to complete my purchase. I take the time to leave the reviews but they must not take the time to read those either.

The product I am upset with is Home Depot Inc. It's way beyond time for the corporation the size of Home Depot forcing customers and employees to shop and work in a location way too small for the sales volume this store does. Build a new store for all of us, please.

We came in to buy a replacement Ryobi weedeater and after getting Miya's assistance, we also bought a new Ryobi electric pressure washer. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Each time I visit this store Eric Renegar in the hardware section is able to provide exceptional customer service. He’s super knowledgeable in the area he works & his level of customer service overall exceeds my expectations each visit. Employees can really make a visit to a store great or not, especially when you’re spending money, and Eric makes every single visit to the store a great experience & he’s a fantastic employee all around.

I was working on a home project this morning and needed additional materials. I was able to find quickly and greeted by friendly cashier Caroline and able to get back to my project very timely.

If you need to design a kitchen, find David Tilton in this store!! He is amazing! Knowledgeable, professional and helpful!! He helped us with our entire project!!

WHEN MY 75 YEAR OLD MOTHER AND I WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO FIND THE REMAINING THINGS WE NEEDED TO FINISH HURICANE IAN REPAIRS. I WAS NOT SURE ALL THE THINGS WE NEEDEED, I ASKED A FEW EMPLOYEES WHERE THE ITEMS WERE THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER ACTUALLY WAS KIND ENOUGH TO TELL ME TO HELP. THEN A DIFFERENT SHOPPER HELPED ME LOOK WHEN WE COULD NOT FIND IT HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO FIND A WORKER WHO KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. HIS NAME IS JAE AND HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US FIND ALL WE NEEDED. NOT ONLY WAS HE HELPFUL HE WAS CURTIOUS AND PILOT. THANK YOU JAE.
