AMY WAS OUTSTANDING! She knew right away where the item I was seeking was located. AMY & MIKE walked me directly there. The item was high up and Mike got it down to me. AMY sports a big smile! AMY is friendly, cheerful, professional, attentive, efficient, problem-solving. After my purchase and while walking to my car, I saw AMY was outside helping someone else; she recognized me, took the time to acknowledge me, with her big smile, and wished me a great day. AMY feels like a good friend, 'though I'd never met her before!

The major problem with this Home Depot, and others in area, is attempting to call a dept . There is no numbers list to access by Dept. you can remain on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, all the while the recording is telling you they value your business. If that is so, ANSWER THE PHONE!!! The employees are very good for the most part, with only a couple trying to disappear instead of approaching to assist.

The store was very clean. I was a little confused about what I was looking for and Terry in the hardware section was so helpful!! Knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. You should deffinetely hire more employees like him!!

I was very happy with the service that Mary gave me! Mary is very knowledgeable. I would be nice to see more full time employees like Mary to work in other departments to make less confusion. A lot of part time people there and there knowledge is not as good.

I love this homedepot! I got there 10 min till closing and asked a worker for a part. Not only did he knew exactly where it was at he gave me options as a “Plan B” that saved me a ton of money. When it was time to cash out the cashier was happy to attend me and did not have that usual “hurry, I want to leave” gave you get everywhere else. Fast and friendly service. It is always worth the 26 min drive.

For a person that is new to having to make decisions and purchases for the home , I am very appreciative for all the help I received at this store .I will certainly return in the near future for other purchases that I will need for my home renovations .

Although the employees were very cordial, the man who waited on us needed more training in the procedures to complete a sale. The sale took a long time (water heater), and he needed to ask other employees questions about scheduling the installation and finding out a price for installation. He didn't seem to know what to do. However, when we decided to pick up the hot wate heater ourselves two days later, the employee, Richard in plumbing, could not have been more helpful and knowledgable.
