cashiers are nice but ....floor staff are not helpful, and seem to be bothered to help.

The wife and I visited the Fort Walton Beach Home Depot this past saturday and had a great experience. While shopping around for home ideas, the associate in windows and doors asked if we needed assistance even though we did not approach him or ask for it. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products we looked at, and even suggested things about the products that were not apparent to us. Thanks to the associate we will be returning to this store next month to start our project.

Checking out is way easier than Lowes. I love the cashiers!

I've been going to this Home Depot store for over 10 years. The people are very friendly and helpful. The store usually has everything I need and it's well laid out. I actually enjoy going to Home Depot.

I WAS IN STORE LOOKING AT GETTING FENCING FOR MY YARD, AND THE ASSOCIATE IN LUMBER, WHO WAS CLEANING AND ORGANIZING , GREETED US AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. NOT ONLY DID HE KNOW HIS STUFF, BUT HAD MANY SUGGESTIONS TO TRY AND COMPENSATE FOR THE FACT THE FENCING I WANTED HAD TO BE A SPECIAL ORDER. THE ALTERNATIVES WOULD NOT WORK, SINCE MY CHIHUAHUAS WOULD ESCAPE NO PROBLEM. BUT HE TOOK ME OVER TO TRY AND EXPLAIN THEM AND COUPLED WITH EXPERIENCE AND ME BEING NEW TO THE AREA, GAVE HONEST ANSWERS AND WAS FUN TO TALK TO AS WELL. AT CHECK OUT THE CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY AND GOT US RIGHT OUT THE DOOR.

The Store was well illuminated, the aisles were clear, the product I was purchasing was easy to locate and the associates were friendly. I was in and out of the store in a reasonable length of time, due the associate's promptness at the register.

Took a class and came out totally prepared, correction beyond prepared to do the job myself.

Karen in the paint department was really Friendly and knowledgable. This store always has kind and helpful staff

Store is always well organized, well stocked, associates are always available to help you. Restrooms are clean, customer service always has someone there, greeters say hello and welcome you at the front entrance, cashiers always sat thank you for shopping at the Home Depot !!!!! I especially like that coffee is ALWAYS available at the PRO entrance area, someone is always available to help you in the lumber department either to load it on your cart, or push the cart, or help load it on your vehicle....a great valuable service that keeps me coming back to the Home Depot !!!!! The garden section is well kept and organized...someone always ready to assist you. Just a great store with great people.....couldn't ask for anything better !!!!!

Best store that I have visited. I have been in 5 different stores in the area and this is the best. Very courteous and helpfull.

The associates at this store are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The store is very clean, and well organized.

We needed help with a shower door. The appliance associate sat with us and helped us get all the information we needed. Customer service , paint department, and check out we're polite and helpful too.

My cashier, Sharon, knew exactly what I wanted as I rushed into the store and described it. She pointed out the precise location of the item and mentioned that it was on sale at 30% off! I was able to find the item I needed and purchase it and get back to my project in a minimum amount of time. Sharon was knowledgeable about the store, and the technical properties of it's products. Well Done Sharon!

I like to shop at Home Depot, customer service is alwasy available in the store...

We did a lot of research on kitchen cabinets in the local area. We have found out that Home Depot's price point for the same quality cabinets were hard to beat. We are awaiting for the install at this time but met with the installer and was impressed with the local contractor. We will update our review after the completed project.

After a long day of Christmas shopping I decided to stop at Home Depot to take my mind off the hustle and bustle of all of the overcrowded stores that are hard to breathe in. I found solace among the cordless tools, comfort from the aromas of plywood, and peace with the general quietness of the empty aisles. I was a firm believer that if you need a store associate, all you had to do was climb on one of the portable staircases, but after seeing two unsupervised young children playing on one, this hypothesis was once and for all disproved. All in all, Home Depot is the sore for you!

Went buy Home depot before work to get supplies as to have them on return home after work. Paint department associate was a time save in selecting products, mostly on technical usage and where to actually find on shelf.

I went to the store to buy some boiled linseed oil. I went to the paint section to get in the right section. I asked a lady associate and she took me to where the item was on the shelf. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. I was in a hurry to get back to my work I was doing and between the associate and the cashier it was fast. I was trying to finish a job before the rain came. I always go to Home Depot first for all of my purchases. Also the Military discount is a great deal for me.

They were helpful and I found what I needed to get and was very happy with the overall outcome.

I've been to the other Big Box store for appliance shopping and it seems as though the employees disappear or can't be found. I've seen customers wondering around hoping that maybe someone can help them. Only to be told that they don't work in this area of the store. On this day I was greeted at the door and when arriving in the appliance area there were three different employees waiting to assist me and I noticed that two other shoppers were being helped by other employees. How refreshing is this! Not having to hunt for someone! I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes. I had done my research online prior to going to the store. This is how shopping is meant to be! I actually gave the sales person a hug because I have never had a shopping experience that was so painless!! Thank you employee SPOS01

The store was clean and employees were a great help in finding the items I was looking for.

Good experience, except for the greeter at the door was unfriendly and unhelpful, on her phone. But don't base your opinion of this store on her, she can be replaced.

Went to Home Depot for a verity of things, ended up taking another store off my list of places to go because of the selection at Home Depot. Although I did have a hard time finding some of the items, i was quite pleased with the friendliness and availability of the store associates.

Will in lighting was a true professional. KUDOS to Home Depot.
