Never have trouble finding help. A little patience is needed occasionally but for the most part the workers are more than willing to go out of their way to help

I've followed all the steps to authorize my credit card on my iPhone Home Depot app. It works fine to do discounts, but I still have to stick the card in the reader at the checkout. Why doesn't the scanner just read the credit card information I have authorized in the app?

Joe literally made my day! The customer service in this Home Depot is above and beyond. Alexa was so kind at check out and was very patient with us. We will continue to go back to his Home Depot because of them ❤️

This home Depot is the best one I have been too.

This clean and well kept store has wonderful employees that went above and beyond. Especially Tim in hardware who spent extra time finding a product for us that wasn’t on the shelf but the store had it.

Always a great experience there

Today 3/1/22 was very frustrating while shopping. Pallets in the isles, several bands cut, and somewhat unwrapped, needless to saw with dust on them. Someone is not doing their jobs here. I would have rather went to the other store.... Didn't finish my shopping because I couldn't get down several isles in several department. And there is NO customer service. What has happen to homedepot.

When I was checking out the cashier got really upset at me because I gave my veteran id at the end of the check out! She was grabbing items forcefully and mumbling bad words at me, I was really surprised and so were the people behind me.

I recently bought an LG Washtower from the Ft Walton Beach Home Depot. Even though I live about 35 miles away, I didn't mind the 70 mile trip because of a gentleman named KEN who works in the appliance section. He has been there a long time and he absolutely loves his job! He was SO informative and so patient with me! I didn't feel pressured or hurried either. A couple before me was back to buy a washer and dryer. They returned to discuss their decision with KEN because they had bought from him before and were very happy with him. I cannot recommend KEN enough! He knows everything about the products he sells and explains things very thoroughly! If I need any more appliances, you can bet I'll be back to talk to KEN about them!

This store has problematic employees and leaders with attitudes and generally don’t want to help customers or My pro members. They need training in customer service and how to use their systems.

We were getting keys made. We asked the cashier if she could find someone to help us. She closed her register & said, I can help you. It was so refreshing !!!

The cashier Brittney was very rude to me at checkout and gave me an enormous amount of attitude. Truly a horrible employee and she should not be employeed at that store. She rang up an item twice and as I proceeded to make sure she took it off she said “yes I’m aware” with an a lot of attitude then proceeded to rush me out of the store with more attitude. The worst employee I’ve ever met and could care less that I spend money at this store everyday. No respect or customer service in a single strand of dna she has. Home Depot has lost business from my company because of her and her alone. This is one of many occasions I’ve had a problem with here at this store by Brittney.

Wade in Garden & Outdoors went above and beyond the call of duty and fetched not one, but TWO heavy, ungainly smokers from the top stack 20 feet from the floor. I examined and purchased one of these. Wade did this difficult grab with a smile and was very helpful. My neighbors and 30# of meat thank you! My previous smoker had shorted out that morning...

The staff are always helpful, knowledgable, professional, and pleasant. When I go into the store, staff recognize me and treat me like family. The store is always fully stocked and clean. I prefer this store over another local big box store for these reasons and so much more!!

Good store - has a non-existent manager - been in this store for years since it first opened its doors. Employees can't make any kind of decisions relating to price or discounts, like buying 3 of the same item and getting a small price reduction. Buying a damaged item for a percentage off and no return. The employees here are super great. Store is exceptionally clean and well set up. I love the clearance area !!!

The employees are AWESOME! Definitely will help you and if not will point you in the right direction.
