The new lady in the garden area was so into her job. She was absolutely everything you expect to find from an employee.

All the employees were helpful. I was able to locate all the products required to build a quality table.

I shop in this store almost EVERY DAY, they make you feel like family!

Visit on 07/25/2021 10:24 AM- Needed to have two shelves cut and wasn't sure about what wood I should select. Found a young man in the area that I was very happy to have asked for assistance. very very very nice!!! SHAWN whom went over and above. Shawn has manners and this visit alone really really will make me a repeat customer.

I always shop at this store for home items I need. I built my entire fence with their products. I highly recommend Home Depot for all your construction and garden needs.

I highly recommend this store. The place in clean and neat. The employees are very helpful and know where everything is and if they are not sure they double check with senior employees. I have shopped this store since it opened.

Love the garden section. The price of product is cheaper than other home improvement stores. Customer service is better than other stores also.

Not a big home depot but does have some stuff in stocks other stores don't have because demand is less there.

This is the best store I have been to. We have shopped here since it opened and love it. Everyone is always helpful and if they cant find what you want they can come up with alternatives. the store is always clean and neat !!! We love shopping here.

The store manager Shelly is horrible and inconsiderate of your customers and co-workers. She stood at the entrance next to the mandatory mask sign talking with what appears to be a friend. BOTH ARE WITHOUT MASKS! This is in spite of the big sign and the well known state mask orders and Home Depot policy. She walked her friend towards the back offices and HUGGED him as he went about his way shopping without a mask. She ignored me when I asked if it is HD policy for people to have masks.

The Northern Gainesville Home Depot is top notch. Their associates are always helpful, and have worked with me on home improvement projects for a while. If they don't have it, I have it shipped to them, and have never had an issue with one of their employees.

The cashier, Carol, did an excellent job. She quickly handled my request and thanked me.

We recently visited the NE Home Depot, it was a pleasant shopping experience and we found everything we needed and we highly recommend this store.

I went in to get parts and help to install two water filters under my kitchen sink, I was tired of buying bottled water. While in plumbing I was greeted by Joe and explained my project and that I lived in a home with pex pipes. He asked a few questions about my cold water intake and then stepped me through the steps and parts I would need. After doing a little more shopping I decided to go back through plumbing and thank Joe again. As I was going down the aisle Jim stopped me and asked if I needed advice on the parts he saw I was carrying. I thought why not get a second opinion, so I ran through what I was going to do based on what Joe told me and he said I had everything figured perfectly. That gave me a lot of confidence and the project turned out great, Thanks guys and the person who hired these men.

Items in stock, friendly and helpful staff. Store was clean. Isles not cluttered.

I love this store and prefer shopping here more than other stores.

Store is very nice but associate are not. I had a manufacture coupon from swifter but it didn’t scan, they didn’t try to help me instead they treat me like a thief....

The overall experience was pleasant from my first interaction with an employee to the last one. The first, who was about to climb up onto a ladder stepped down to address my concern and ascertained that I would follow his instructions appropriately before returning to his previous task. The one in garden to whom Stephanie referred me was just as thorough in attending to my concern, updating me re when to return to find the plants I needed. Stephanie, (who called "the gardener" to make sure my concern was attended to, even as I was checking out) at the cash register was congenial, polite and professional.

Staff was friendly, store was clean and well stocked. These things made for a pleasant shopping experience.

I made an order over the phone that required a good deal of time. The associate who helped me was very helpful and polite as well as knowledgeable. I'm a happy customer.

The store rep's are always helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. The lady helping me with my purchase (clothes dryer) made the decision so much easier. Believe me, I do not like shopping and know little to none about appliances. She answered ALL my questions. I have a new dryer coming Monday, December 14th.
