Great staff and love the garden center! Found everything I came for and more.

I have always found the cashiers and helpers curbside to be very courteous and helpful. Especially a cashier named Trinette. Very nice.

THIS STORE IS LARGER THAN OTHERS, MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS, MANY OF THE EMPLOYEES DON'T KNOW WHERE ITEMS ARE IN THE STORE. 40 YRS AGO I WORKED FOR HOME DEPOT AND WE WERE REQUIRED TO WALK THE ISLES EVERY DAY AND GET AQUANTED WITH ALL THE INVENTORY IN ORDER TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. DAN

great store with a lot of options, very close to highway.

The associates are very helpful and friendly, but they just don't have enough associates to assist at the slower times, so it takes a little longer if you need to order merchandise to be installed. Lately, it hasn't been too crowded, but I usually park upstairs to avoid the craziness of the lower level. I try to avoid the weekend.

I have found the customer service to be very helpful each time I visit my local store AS well as very efficient online ordering via homedepot.com

I shopped on a Friday morning. The lawn and garden staff were very helpful with loading mulch onto a cart and then into the truck. They even pushed the cart to the checkout! I am older and really appreciate the extra service. They refused the tips I offered. Orrin was especially helpful. Everything was clean and neat with well stocked shelves. We have ordered online and used the curbside pickup frequently during the pandemic, which has been great. Every order has been accurate and ready quickly. I hope that this option will continue to be offered after the pandemic.

I was at the store on 02/21/2021 for picking up a few items. Since one item I could not find, was able to get help from a gentleman named "Oscar". He was smiling (of course with a mask) and was so helpful, friendly and it made the shopping so much more pleasant. Yes store was clean and organized.

Store keeper are courtesy. I can find all my needs in store.

Dave G helped me pick,out wood items,and is a professional carpenter. He made cuts in the items I bought with such precision that all matched perfect. Kelly the cashier helped me when I got the price wrong on the items and it benefited me. I thought it was a higher price and she graciously entered the correct item and was upbeat about it.

I purchase all of my needs of this type at this store. I can always count on any employee to help me when needed because if they don't know exactly where something is, all of them have electronic pocket-lists and, if free, the will walk me to my destination!

Definitely would shop there again. I drove from Woodbridge, VA to this store because you had in stick item that had been marked down for clearance that I wanted. It was worth the 45 miles/hour drive. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. I had a delivery set up and it was worth every penny. My item was delivered by 830 in the morning and the delivery driver was professional and courteous.

Customer service is such a critical factor when we make decisions from one organization to another. My experience with the Home Depot team at this store was such a breath of fresh air at a time when all of America is stressed and exhausted. The duo team of Roseda and Barun made the experience painless and fun. Right before the supposed storm of 12/16/2020 the store was extremely low on snow shovels & some of the prices were really high. But all the personnel were very helpful & courteous with smiles that radiated through their mask!

My last report was basic related for Germantown store most time when you don't fine items there go stray to Shady Grove at ( Gaithersburg ) before change the option ....

Like most suburbs, Home Depot stores are ubiquitous, yet each with a different vibe. This one caters more to contractors and professionals in the trades over the weekend DIYers. As such there is high foot traffic, particularly upon opening, and a general quicker pace throughout the store. To the untrained eye, it seems chaotic but it's simply a mob of people moving with purpose. Think New York City. Staff here have less time to seek out confused shoppers. You'll need to call for someone if you require help, but you'll receive quick competent service. One downside: situated closer to downtown, there's no spralling black top parking lot. In it's place is a tight below ground parking garage. The merchandise loading zone is sufficient, although you may have to jockey with the busy contractor loading zone for space. Pro tip: arrive with your measurements and project details at the ready so you can get in, get it done, and get out. This is the no nonsense Home Depot store. If you require hand-holding and peace while you decide on matte black versus colorful kitchen accents, choose another store further out.

Tina at the self checkout was very friendly, and had previously purchased the lights I was buying. She highly recommended them, and she was right! Thank you Tina for your excellent customer service.

Customer Service from Feza and Jerome was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me get a summer fan that was no longer on the sales floor. And they both did it with a smile and courteously.

If you have to go to a cashier to check out, make sure you find Courtney, she is the best!!

This particular store is in a very crowded, congested area and does not have enough room which is why the parking is double decked. The other local HD stores are in less congested areas and seem to be spread out more which leads to less crowding inside the store also. This HD store is the closest to me so I sue it most often. Today the customer service desk employee, Feza, was most helpful, friendly, and competent.
