Home Depot has their Handicapped parking way out in the middle of the parking lot. They have their "Pro" parking spots right in front of the door. When I emailed Customer Service to point this out the person that replied said I was wrong and their handicapped parking is closer that their Pro parking. Evidently she thought I was either stupid or blind. I will only shop at Home Depot when it's the last option.

I was very pleased with this purchase and rhe product was on sale to boot. Im a frequent shopper at this store in Gillette. They are a good crew

Every time I go to the local store I am greeted throughout the store and asked if we need help. It is always a nice shopping experience they are great.

I live in Sheridan and ordered a snow blower that was only available through the Gillette store. Don, the Manager, and his staff went out of their way to get the item to me in one day. In fact, Don personally delivered the snow blower to Sheridan so we could get it before the storm hit; service like this was not expected and very much appreciated.

Good people make a store what it is. You have a good bunch! Corporate decisions to go green on lawn care products is a costly mistake and make no sense in rural America. Love this store. Everyone is very helpful and in great spirit.

I bought cellular blinds and they were a long (my error) but drove a little over 100 miles one way to have them trimmed. Staff was very helpful however blind cutter is inoperable due to waiting on parts. So trip was a bust and no word on when it be repaired. Was disappointed. Gillette is the closest store to us. Would like to see a Home Depot in Rapid City SD.

The employee that was helping me was an army veteran. I noticed the tattoos on his arms and he wore a kilt. He went over and above to help me with the complicated order.

Valerie took me right to what I was looking for! All associates were friendly!

We have been shopping at our hometown home depot since they opened in Gillette. I have never been disappointed with our shopping experiences during our renovations or other home improvement projects. Always great employees to help when we have questions or to help load a trailer with lumber.

We always find what we're looking for at Home Depot. The employees at this store are always super helpful & knowledgeable. Never a problem. Always a positive experience because the people make the difference.

I had the best help from an employee, that helped me pick a new fridge.. showed me discounts, and warranty .. I won't name the company but it starts with a L and ends with a G..These fridges have issues..(3 bad in less than 11) years, so I went with a diffent brand.. with all the options I wanted.. she made it easy as possible to have it ordered & delivered to my home..

The employees at the Gillette store are always helpful and kind. The store also has an excellent, healthy plant selection.

My husband and I are updating our home and have made several trips to our local Home Depot. I like the quality and variety of the products they offer. Home Depot remains our go-to when shopping for our home. Each time we have been greeted and assisted by a clerk named Kelley. She was very approachable. I appreciated her friendly smile and her willingness to help us.

I have been to many HomeDepot stores across the US and the Gillette Wy store is one of the best i have been in, all because the store is clean, organized and most importantly the staff are friendly and willing to help all the time!

I was looking for something in the construction area and the gentleman was very helpful. I didn’t catch his name! Stacy was at the self checkout and she did all the work checking me out! Appreciate the fact that she didn’t have to but was more than willing to help me and others in the “self” checkout

Home Depot is doing a fabulous job selling name brand products. It’s nice to have a store open for as long as it is where you can find almost anything and have so many options.

I have always had the best customer service at this store. Always friendly helpful staff that goes above and beyond!

i love the Behr paint great coverage we have a LG stove that has all the bells and whistles and a air fryer works excellent

The electrical and plumbing areas are top notch in both knowledge and service.

I had been in the store with my children for a while. They were beginning to get rowdy as most young children do and the cashier I had was full of patience and understanding. Yara was our cashier. She helped me complete my check out faster so I could tend to my children as well as asked permission to give my young ones a pep talk. With my permission she spoke with them at their level. Yara was able to get them to settle down and listen. She had wise words, calm tone and demeanor and was very inspirational. Yara is an ideal adaptation of the creation of Mary Poppins! I absolutely adore her and loved all she did! Thank you for finding a person like this! We need more people in the world like Yara! Her business appropriate actions were also fantastic and I couldn't have asked for someone better to be there in that time! If there were such a thing as tips in this line of business, she'd be making bank for her actions and great people person skills! Yara, you deserve a raise in my opinion! Keep at it!
