Very happy with my purchase ! I had already done the research so it was just a matter of placing the order. Andy Thomas was very helpful from the beginning of the order to making sure I received my delivery window. He was very through making sure I had all the contact information I needed if I ran into any problems along the way. The delivery was very smooth and professional.

I tried to purchase a rototiller online for curbside pick-up. Because there was limited stock, the website said to contact the store for availability or order online for delivery in get it in over 2 weeks. I called the store & verified they had it and purchased it. I noticed that the price didn't seem right & questioned the cashier, but he ignored me, so I figured I would go home & check the website & call the store. I called the store & was told in no uncertain terms that the prices online are not the in-store prices & I should have said something then. I need to return it, and repurchase it for FREE delivery -they would even help me take it out of the truck. The price difference is over $80. The customer service for this purchase was extremely poor. The attitude of the associates was disappointing.

This was the best purchase ever.

I bought 10 bags of sand and each bag had a hole in it so instead of 50 pounds per bag. I was lucky if I had 30 pounds when I got home.

The Glasgow store sold me the sale price. The Middletown store refused my purchase.

I was very happy to have my needs met with the help of a associate name Austin he went above and beyond to help me out made my experience good

It took over 40 minutes and being sent to lumber then to fans then the electrical then to flooring then back to fans then to customer service then to the back of the store then the front to find my product. I spoke to 4 employees and Sam D was the one who solved my issue. The manager he called didn’t help us and he got me a cart, apologized, helped me check out, and loaded my item into my car. He was perfect. It shouldn’t take 5 people to come up with the idea “go check the front of the store for window fans”

This store was the only place close to me that had them in stock

Faissal Mahasneh was the associate who assisted me at New Castle, DE store, he was polite, professional and respectful. He assisted me with a window blind and customized it because the size I needed was unavailable. One on my best experiences at Home Depot

They delivered some wrong items at the job site but Sanjia was so good at solving the matter and helping me through the process.

bought construction items online subsequently they were damaged, but didn’t see it until after I unwrapped them used what I could and return. The rest was all butt straight out accused of damaging myself, horrible store, and never shop there again.

I’ve been shopping st this store since it opened. Great people and selections.

Second time in a row I've been forced to go to another HD for items needed

I highly recommend Sheila Ramos, the kitchen designer at the Glasgow store. She was friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

The refrigerator worked for 1 year and 1 month. I would not recommend this product to anyone. There is no product support. The warrantte company does not not help. They read off a script. They don't help solve the problem. This fridge is made for a garage and if the temperature outside is below a certain temperature they view the warranty as void even though the refrigerator is inside at 70 degrees Don't buy this product it's too much of a hassle.

This store is between work and home. It seems well run. Employees are helpful and the store is well stocked.

Here's my two cents on my recent trips to the store. Honestly, both the store and the area around it, including the trash cans by the entrances and the parking lot, could use some serious TLC. I've chatted with the general manager a few times, and he seems open to feedback, but I haven’t really seen any changes yet. And I’ve had a few awkward encounters with some employees, especially this older lady with grey hair and a cane who can be a bit hard to approach. Plus, it’s super annoying that they keep running out of paper bags at the checkout. As someone who stops by pretty often, it’s a hassle to juggle my small purchases without bags. It makes the whole experience feel pretty outdated. I live right around the corner, so I go there for convenience, but it definitely isn’t the most enjoyable place to shop.

I purchased 2 sliding doors & 12 windows. Cindy & Larry did a nice job. I received all without any surprises or disappointments. Delivery team placed the product where I needed them to be staged. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

Was accused of being a shoplifter when we brought a product in to get help. Had proof of purchase, shipping labels on the product with my name all over it and cashier still accosted me. I have witnessed this location be the victim of shoplifters who push carts of merchandise out and thieves are treated better than I was.

I bought a dishwasher to replace an existing working dishwasher and I paid $249 dollars for installation and they refused to install when they arrived, telling me i had to hire a plumber, this would have taken days so end result no new dishwasher.

I went in and was looking at washing machines and a lady was explaining to me who worked there about the credit and how I would pay no interest for 12 months. Be whatever to the desk she did my application for a home Depot credit card and I was approved. She said that I would get money off for the delivery and that was $50. I asked for the delivery and I didn't pay for the delivery cuz that's what the $50 was deducted for. I would definitely recommend going there very nice people very helpful very kind and considerate and explain everything so that you understand..

It has been my experience at this store that most associates will go out of their way to be helpful and courteous.

I've purchased quitrle a bit of tools n materials for my business & everything has worked out perfectly.
