The products were easy to look at and associates took care of me right away. They were friendly and able to communicate without having to ask someone else.

It was fairly clean besides the carts on aislesOtherwise will be OK

When I found the pendant lights I wanted, I wasn't able to locate enough on the shelf. Within minutes a sales associate was wheeling over the stairs and got me what I needed. He made it a great shopping experience.

I had a great experience shopping at the Glendora Homedepot this day (06/09/15). Jim and another young lady (Very,very "With Child"), helped me tremendously and saved me money as well as guided me on how to save in future purchases . Please extend my thanks to both ..... and don't lose these employees, their rare these days ......That being said "Give Them A Raise" ,you won't regret it and you won't lose money in doing so.

Associates needs to have strong knowledge of product warrantees, and need to be able to explain this to customers in a concise, clear manner. Very frustrating when you are trying to understand what the details are. After all , profit margins are slim, and warrantees can make the difference between good store margins, or lowered profitability.

The associate, Joe, in the garden department was especially helpful. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and also helped me load my car. Also, the cashier in the garden department, Lauren, was very friendly and efficient. She had a nice smile and rang me up quickly.

My sister and I are redoing our 1964 original kitchen. We met with Mirella, Home Depots kitchen specialists. She is a dream! She knows everything and helped us every step of the way! Home Depot is lucky to have her. We could not of done this without her. She is not pushie, just helpful!!!!!

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by a young lady who was very nice. She directed me to my needs and i was on my way. Everyone I walked by asked if i needed help. Super nice. also at the way out the cashier was quick and super friendly. I will definitely be coming back here!

If you visit the paint desk, ask for Margie. She is the BEST!! She understands color, mixing & sensitive to your needs!

Our 16 year old water heater sprung a leak. I researched water heaters on line at the various store and review sites. Unfortunately, the quality of water heaters available from any manufacturer these days has declined as there was no clear product that excelled in the reviews. I settled on a model available in the Glendora store and my husband and I went shopping. The associate in the plumbing dept was extremely helpful. He verified what I had already discovered about the poor quality of water heaters across the board (which made us trust him) and then gave us some very helpful information on how to deal with these problems should they arise. Bottom line: Highly recommend the Glendora Home Depot.

I went to the Glendora HD looking for the My Town play mat for my grandson that has the city, streets, police dept., etc. on it. I'd seen it there before, but this time I couldn't find it. I asked an associate, Ken, who said he thought HD didn't sell it anymore. He then said if HD had it, "it would be over here" and he walked me to an aisle where he found the item. On another occasion, I was looking for a stick-anywhere light for under a shelf in the garage, but I again I couldn't find it. I asked an associate, Ernie, who said, "Follow me," and I did and he took me right to the item where he said, "Is that what you're looking for?" It was exactly what I was looking for. So my compliments to Ernie and Ken at the Glendora HD for great customer service!

this is my usual pick up of materials at this store and just about everything are going so well especially all the associates, they are very helpful from picking up items, cashiers, and during loading.

The Associates are very friendly. You have to understand they are willing to help but you have to be patient and work with them, remember they do not read minds. Overall, I was very happy with the help I received
