Guy at plumbing very knowledgeable and the cashier Francisco is very helpful

Home Depot in Glendora is a huge company which gave me the confidence that if anything went wrong I knew they would be there for me to make it right. But what I didn’t know was the professionalism, knowledgeable, honesty and caring staff they employ.Everyone from the Glendora Home Depot was wonderful! I was facing a new kitchen remodel from a leak I had coming from my dishwasher that demolished my kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. Thank you Home Depot from Glendora for being there for me every step of the way.

Alma is a very good worker and very responsible at pro desk. She don't m8ng working the extra mile.

I called ahead and asked if the store still had a clearance/liquidation item in stock and I was told they did. I arrived shortly and looked for said item but I couldn't finding it. I asked Giovanny for assistance and he quickly looked up the SKU and asked how many of the item did I need. I paid for the amount and I was met at the canopy of the store by Giovanny, David R and Austin, who already had my purchase and loaded my SUV for me. Excellent work!

I had terrible experience at the Pomona Home Depot so I shop at the Glendora store. There are several great associates that have assisted me and I wish I could remember all of the names. Today, Kat, assisted me with a return and an order that I was not able to process online earlier. She took the time to take care of me and was professional, but friendly. I was greeted with a smile, a hello, a thank you, and please let me know if I can do anything else for you, and a great experience.

Every time that I go to pro desk Mary and Liz are great. Thank you ladies.

has quiet literally everything I need for my home

KATHLEEN, THE CASHIER AT THE GARDEN CENTER...WHAT A CLASS ACT! SUCH A LADY, YES, ALL CAPITALS AND YELLING SO HOME DEPOT CAN HEAR ME.

Maureen is the rudest lady I've ever met. She should be let go. Charged me $60 extra on material. I told her she was wrong and she didn't care and walked away. Had to go deal with it at customer services and get it fixed. What a b****

Older lady ahead of me in the check-out line needed some help loading her cartfulk of potting mix bags. What a wonderful gesture by cashier Kathleen to help this lady load her stuff after she pulled up her car closer to the Garden Center entrance. Kudos to Kathleen, she is a wonderful human being, HD could and should hire more people like her.

I had to wait 30 min to get a power tool from a locked cabinet. I asked 3 times for help. When I finally went to another department to ask for help, they made me feel bad for asking. Very poor service. Will not be coming back to this Home Depot.

You can tell the people enjoy working here. They're all so pleasant and welcoming. They know their stuff too. I just purchased a home and I've been coming almost everyday and let me tell you, it been soo nice to know I can go somewhere that has everything I need in one stop. Including the amazing support and guidance from their employees.

I have been shopping this store ever since it opened its door in the former Strawberry Patch. This location, Store # 6617 must SURELY rank like near the top across the entire nation. The majority of the employees are genuinely friendly. The Garden Center has a cashier by the name of Kathleen who is one of the most wonderful human beings on the face of the planet, so friendly AND she knows her trade!

Miguel the manager is a patient, kind and understanding person. He was able to help me with my gift card problems. I bought the gift card through a third-party vendor and they were giving me the runaround for hours and he was able to help me at store level after seeing the frustration I had been through with the phone representative.
