Store was clean and organized, friendly and helpful, enjoyed the friendly customer service al over the store

We purchased our Maytag washer almost 2 weeks ago and are very happy with it! it does a great job!

I have shopped at this store for appliances, lumber and hardware. I have never been unhappy with my purchase. Also, the return policy is superior when I bought the wrong thing.

I am happy that we went with Home Depot , to redo your Kitchen.

Janine(D31) and Tony (D28) went above and beyond to help me out when my hedge trimmers locked up. Janine helped with trying to find the receipt and Tony helped me with getting a replacement of the hedge trimmers. It is great to see in this day and age that people still believe in customer service. I am very pleased with how I was treated and how much respect they both showed toward me in this process. I drive a further distance just for the selection and friendly customer service I get from this Home Depot off Wendover Avenue, vs. the Home Depot off Elm-Eugene, where it is hard to find someone to help you, let alone have a friendly interaction. They always seem like they are too busy or bothered to stop what they are doing and assist. Completely different experience at the Wendover Avenue store where folks are always smiling, helpful, and say Thank You after a purchase. I will continue to drive further and shop at this Home Depot.

I see new associates in outdoor garden & was pleasantly surprised at how great it looked with healthy & wide selections of plants - flowers & vegetables alike. Sales people were so helpful - great customer service.

The Home Depot on Wendover Avenue in Greensboro NC is the very best big box hardware store I have been to visit. It is well run with quality people who offer to help customers looking for answers. It is a standout retail business for in-store or online DIY shopping.

Employee walked right in front of we TWICE while I was pushing a heave lumber cart twice! No accident just bad attitude. When I went to "Customer Service", no manager was on duty. Incredibly the Assistant Manager was this rude employee.

The Greensboro, NC Home Depot Store was clean, well organized, they carried everything in stock, and their store employees were very helpful to my shopping experience today.

Being new to the Greensboro area, I have shopped at this store several times, and it has always had the item I searched for and the customer service, when needed was exemplary. I highly recommend this store toanyone whom may require its services or products.

I find most employees at this store as being super friendly and willing to assist as needed. This store is located in a location that has many entrances so easy getting in and out no matter if I am using car or truck & trailer. I have had to do refunds/exchanges with no issues.

I really like the feature of being able check online if a product is available at a particular store and its exact location in the store so that I can walk in and go straight to the product. Saves a lot of time.

On this trip Tammy was working self-checkout. One of the terminals was acting up and Tammy was on her game directing and helping several customers to help keep everything flowing. She took the time to explain the benefits of getting a HD credit card and I did. With her attitude and enthusiasm, she should be a manager.

The employees here are awesome especially Amy, Linda Smith David A and Jasmine W right down to the cashier Gregory.
