As stated in the overview, this store was incredibly organized and clean. All of the associates I came in contact with greeted me and asked if they could help. Devon was outstanding on the register. He came out to tell us he was available and did a great job expediting the final checkout process.

Employees were friendly and mostly knowledgeable But TOO many folks without masks...customers...not employees...

This is my go to store since moving to this area a year ago. I have found the customer service to be great and didn't feel like I had to search the store for assistance. Almost every time, I have has associates approach me and ask if I need help.

Everyone I spoke with in the store was very nice. I needed some help finding a battery and the Assistant Store Manager, Barbra, spent several minutes finding the correct battery for me.

Tammy was very helpful.

I was on my lunch and I was quickly assisted in what I needed and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I had the item in less than 5 minutes but was looking at other items.

went to the store on Wendover Avenue in Greensboro NC to get a few plastic totes. Tammy made the usual pitch to apply for a Home Depot card and save $25. I was hesitant and told her it likely wouldn't go through, her friendly way of asking again made me go ahead and give it a try. she was great and helped me through the process and I did in fact get a card.

Long time customer at the Wendover store....Its getting harder to find anyone that knows anything as I've noticed over the years the employees who greeted you and knew how to help customers sadly are gone.... The new employees need to go through some kind of training just how to help customers in a way its pitiful..!! If they would just look you in the eye and say HI it would be a start..!

Cherrone at High Point NC store went out of her way to find other Home Depot stores that had the item I was looking for and then asked that they hold them for me.

The Home Depot on West Wendover is clean and well run. My returns normally take less than 4 minutes, My checkouts at less than 1 minute on average. (And yes, I time it. The time starts when I enter a line till the time I'm out the door.) The fastest cashier is a mute point when you have surge hours. Its more about having available cashiers that can take on sorting task or generally cleaning / tidying up of the area when their are fewer customers. The store has an excellent balance of cashiers, and "Pros" that seems to have a good grasp on their area of expertise (Returns personnel, Paint dept, Lumber / Plywood cutter). All around this Home Depot gets high marks from me, I will continue to shop here.

Excellent shopping experience - employees were friendly and welcomed us and offered to help. Excellent customer service by one employee what did not give up on finding the product we were looking for. Nice, clean and neat store.

Again, this store does NOT disappoint when it comes to courteous respectful treatment of those with disabilities! They are Covid-19 vigelent and safe!

As a disabled customer, I can highly recommend this store above and beyond the other Home Depot stores I have shopped! They respect their customers and go out of their way to maintain that relationship! Their employees have a genuine desire to be working at this store serving the public in so many essential ways! This is what it means to 'all be in this together'!
