I like the store very much and have actually gotten to know some of the employees. I'm a "hooked" frequent visitor.

We've been shopping at The Home Depot for years in numerous states (OH, NC, PA, TX). This particular store in Greensboro NC is probably the nicest of all The Home Depot stores we have visited. Of course, you can't go wrong with this company!

This store had a variety of the product I needed and sales people that were eager to help.

I was not pleased with the customer service I received at the Pro desk..I felt that I was not valuable as a everyday customer and not a contractor..However after confronting the Manager I was very pleased with the service he provided afterwards..

We received much help in the Appliance Dept. from CATINA. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! We also enjoyed working with SUSAN in Kitchen & Countertop designs. She was very knowledgeable & helpful & easy to work with. Both Susan & Catina are knowledgeable of their departments and more than willing to help assist you with whatever project you may have "going on". Both of these employees actually made our entire project enjoyable!

Darrell and Dora are the best, they were very friendly and helpful and just set a good vibe

Great Store, Employees Great you at the door and will walk you to the items you need. So refreshing to have employees all over the store that are really helpful and seem to care that you get great service

The employee was quick to help us with what we needed. Catina took her time with us and we didn't feel rushed. She helped us with placing our order. Best customer service we have had at a home improvement store. Thank you Catina!!!

Great store

encountered three rude employees in one visit. I asked for some input on a tool gift from an employee in tools and he acted like I ruined his day by stopping him to ask a question. He barely answered it and just walked off. I picked out the item and took it to the registers and it rang up wrong and the employees initially acted like they didn't believe me but corrected the price but when I came to show my military ID I overhead them saying, 'I just gave him 5.00 off and now he wants more?'

If you need a good guy to help ya out, go in and ask for Raymond. He's the man. He was the biggest help to me, couldn't have asked for better.

We have shopped this store for years and have always received excellent service. We encounter friendly faces and have a great variety of stock from which to shop.

Mary was very helpful and was able to help me locate what I needed quickly.

Shopping for appliances? Look for Astrid A. and you will not be disappointed! She seriously changed my perception of shopping at big box stores in one recent trip that led to me buying ALL the appliances for our new home in one fell swoop. (And I had a complicated list of required features AND rigid measurements/guidelines to follow so trust me when I say this is a serious compliment.)

The customer service was excellent and the directions to the item I was looking for was perfect.

Not many vested employees at this location. You may find one or two on occasion, but for the most part you are made to feel as if it's an inconvenience to ask a question or ask for help. Witnessed employees speaking negatively about and too one another in front of myself and other customers, and spent more than 45 minutes waiting on a worker to mix the correct color of paint (he tried 6 different times and I finally just left). Had 2 employees challenge me regarding the price of lumber I was purchasing even though there was a giant sign advertising the sale price posted directly above the regular price. This place is less than 10 minutes from my house, but I'll drive the extra to spend my money elsewhere from now on.

This is my favorite homedepot to shop at. It's not even the closes one to my home. The associate Ms. Adams that handled my purchase in appliance gets five stars out of five. Awesome young lady.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! MANY ITEMS ON MY LIST WERE CHEAPER THAN OTHER STORES. I HAD A VERY GOOD VISIT.

I wasn’t sure about a flooring purchase, but upon being greeted by Massiel we covered all the details concerning my flooring need. She helped me determine which flooring option would be best and we are proceeding with a great option. A site visit is planned for an official estimate. I truly appreciate the time taken to show me the various options and pros and cons of each. I visited other stores as well, but after receiving minimal attention I returned to reward the person/business that took the time out to assist with a genuine interest in making the right choice vs another sale.

Knowledgeable helpful and associates that care.

Great guys in the rental dept. Friendly people all around. I always feel welcome there. I'd like to see the folks up front have a little more knowledge of where things are in the store, otherwise, it's a good experience.

I shop Home Depot weekly and this weekends experience was by far one of the best I have ever had in any store in years. I had to replace a refrigerator and was amazed at how much help I got after asking for assistance. Some employees were going on break and came back to help myself and their co-workers. Most all of the employees genuinely wanted to help make customers shopping experience pleasant.

Store is clean inside and out and is normally stocked very well, I give it 5 stars.I drive 45 minutes one way to get to this location and I appreciate the the clean store and it being stocked properly especially when the sale paper comes out or online ad shows a sale on a particular item.

Impossible to get assistance from associates. They appear to be standing around chatting and laughing with one another and have no interest in helping customers. When asked to assist, they appear to get upset and treat consumer poorly. After not receiving assistant and being treated poorly, I went to a competitor where I was immediately and respectfully assisted.
