Appliance Department carried name brands and had an excellent display. Derik Dohm, and his trainee Rachael, were very knowledgeable about the appliance products; applied no pressure; and were fun to buy from. All in all the very best experience I've ever had buying appliances. Thanks Home Depot!

The Greenwood Village store is in a great location and always seems to have the items I am looking for. In addition, I usually walk out with new ideas that I will use in future remodel/construction projects. The prices are good and the Assocates are usually helpful.

Christopher at the service desk was wonderful to work with and made it easy to get our products and installation set up! A gentleman in the kitchen and bath section(unfortunately didn't get his name) was also excellent and very knowledgable about the toilets and supplies we were looking for! Overall great customer service!

The sales associates always go out of their way to make sure I find what I need!

Noor in Doors was extremely helpful!! He quickly ordered my door and was very friendly. A gentleman in hardware also helped me find assorted nails. Hawk "Ceten" the cashier has always been helpful too.

We were able to find what we needed immediately and for a reasonable cost. We were greeted when we entered the store and acknowledged when we left the store.

My experience at this store is like a trip through Wonderland! I have discovered everything from Giant Stuffed Bears at Christmas, to the perfect new type of light bulb for my kitchen. I find the staff helpful, available and curtious. Thank you for making this a rewarding experience, each time I visit!

Some people do not want to work and help you and others want to help you and go far beyond what you expect.

I received help right away. I required a specific window that the associate looked up and found very quickly. He showed me an example that was in the store. He explained how to remove the old window and what other items I would need to adhere and paint the new one. Incredibly helpful and fast. I was in and out in no time.

Employees don't care just like the rest of home depot!!!

I've been to this store 3 times in the past week primarily to purchase paint. The first time the paint assoc was pretty aloof and didn't really make me feel confident in what I was purchasing. The 2nd and 3rd times I visited paint department, there were a lot more associates who happily helped me out and made sure I was getting what I needed.

Running late and wanted to pick up a few things before work. Went to the self check out and made a mistake. Then the person in charge of self checkout came over, helped me quickly and even took my goods to another register to quickly ring them out herself. She is a plus to Home Depot!

I was in the store on a busy Saturday and very pleased with the level of service that I received. In spite of the fact that there were many customers, I was still asked several times if I needed any help. I purchased several plants in the garden center and was impressed at the selection and the quality of the plants. Again great service as I checked out - I was even asked by a manager if he could help me load my vehicle. Two thumbs up!!

I had trouble with two spray cans not working and on my third trip to Home Depot I was helped by Jeanne at returns. She was very understanding and helpful, for my trouble she only charged me for one can verses two. This is good customer service when I was clearly frustrated.

This store is right next to my home, so it's nice that it's well taken care of and that the employees are friendly and helpful. I think that generally, it's hard to find get someone to stop to ask if you need help in most retail places - with hardware stores that are so large, it's even harder. I think Lowe's and Home Depot should realize this and that some people have to walk around more than the average store before they can locate people, so it's incumbent upon them to at least make eye contact and ask if you need help. Otherwise, I don't usually have any issues with finding what I need and finding a good price for it at Home Depot.

I was having some challenge getting some patio furniture. The Assistant store manager, CJ, was very helpful and sold me the floor model. Then he and his service team (Christopher, Jennifer , and Matt0 went out of their way to help me load the furniture into the car. This is how shopping is supposed to be , where the customers needs come first , and the staff is very helpful and has a great attitude. I would highly recommend shopping at the Greenwood Village Home Depot.

As a former employee of Lowes, I choose to shop at Home Depot everytime. They have most knowledgable staff and are always willing to help with questions. Thank you Home Depot. Always a a loyal customer because I never have a bad time here. I could spend all day just walking around and talking with the friendly employees. Great people at this store!

Associate was very helpful in determining which epoxy product I needed

Store give us a specific date and time of when to pick up our merchandise but when we came to the store to pick up,our product wasn't done yet and told us that they will give us a call that same day when it gets done,but they didn't call at all,so we called them but no one picks up their phone,same thing happened the following day.

I was provided outstanding customer service by Paulene and the young man that assisted with getting my box down from the top shelf. He also insisted on going through the check out process and loading the box in my car.

Busy store but associates always available to help.
