I went to Home Depot’s paint department and had amazing help from Al Leon. He was obviously an expert in painting and guided me to the right supplies needed for my paint job!

Sadly, I had to return the cabinets, but the employee was willing to grant a credit return. But the ladies in that department, as well as the carpet department went out of their way to assist. And one lady today walked all over the store with me assisting and the other lady was on the telephone for a very long time resolving the issues. And the two ladies on the telephone in Georgia were extremely kind and patient

HD carries a huge assortment of products so I could shop at any of them near me, but this store has the BEST staff! They are all very friendly and helpful and there is very little turnover which indicates that they like where they work;)

Needed some paint as a last minute project. All I had was a crumb of my wall that I needed to find a matching paint for. Kiley was working at the paint center and was so welcoming and helpful. She even shook my hand after introducing herself. She’s bubbly, friendly, and someone I hope to bump into again. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great service.

Needs more parking for pickup

Debby Solis was amazing and made me feel like we've been friends for years. She Helped my wife and I build out our dream kitchen. I cannot wait to come back to the store just to show her how it comes out. She is truly a 5 star employee!

His customer service and dedication to keeping a customer goes above and beyond. Two other Home Depots washed their hands of a situation. I purchased two items and luckily the boxes had Brandon's store number #1509 in Centennial, CO. I reached out, he answered the call and it was handled on the spot! Thank you Brandon!

I couldn't located inventory in the bath accessories, after checking the shelves below and above the item. Asked Jody if she had a scanner or mobile app to check inventory. Jody glanced up and proclaimed "I don't see it" and walked away. I stopped another employee who took out their phone and opened the app. He stated the app indicated there were 6 of this item in the store. Jody came back and interrupted and shockingly stated how rude I was because she had already told me there were none. I think HD should provide customer service training to Jody. Greenwood Village HD is a terrific store with generally terrific employees. Though Jody continually proclaims she's the head cashier, not sure the relevance in bath accessories, we've not encountered her prior and we annually spend $30K-$50K in Pro Xtra Spend.

Just left Home Depot in Greenwood Village and was expertly assisted by Ms. Holly Byers in Flooring. My husband and I had been assisted by Ms. Holly before and today was a 2+ hour carpet purchase and installation experience. Ms. Holly is patient, helpful and quite simply jolly. If we want to make a purchase that will require expert flooring assistance, we call ahead and make sure Ms. Holly is in. She consistently gets our order correct but she does it with such joy and laughter. Thanks Ms. Holly for another terrific experience.

At Xcel's suggestion I'm replacing all my lighting with LED's in our home. I just learned of Xcel's partnership with Home Depot to offer extreme discounts on various bulbs throughout the year (after already changing out about half of my bulbs) and was I glad I came to this Home Depot. They had everything I wanted to get. I was concerned about how to get the discount but I printed out the note from the Xcel "Bulb Finder" and took my purchases to Jeanne at Customer Service and she did a great job of taking care of me, I got all that I wanted at a great discount and saved a bunch of money. Wish I had know about this Xcel/H.D. partnership earlier and I could've saved a bundle over the pricing I found on the web. I thought I was getting good prices on the web but it was nothing close to the discount I found right here at my Home Depot.

I am actually in Austin, Tx. and conducted the transaction over the phone. The associate Joseph B. was extremely helpful and patient.

Was able to find what I wanted and checked out quickly.

Everyone at the tool rental department is out of this world! I normally feel judged by other rental companies. These guys will have you feeling like they are trying to help you figure out your issues, together. I brought in a snowblower, I didn't started for years. In a few days, I got the call that it was ready to go. They helped me unload it and load too. Very friendly, professional, and genuine guys at this department. I'm bringing all of my small engine machines to these guys. Thanks again gentlemen, Danny.

The customer service at this location is top notch. Everyone I interacted with while here was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The store was well organized and it was easy to find what I needed and while checking out the cashier was quick and friendly.

Great people, always have plenty in stock.

I often visit other locations throughout the metro area, closest to jobsites and this location, #1509 has the friendliest associates who always stop what they're doing and help me find something or pull additional inventory from the top for me.

wow the employees here at least know what they are talking about. how to help. what I needed. and even added ideas that helped a lot. the people at the PRO DESK are freaking awesome. Employee AMJ1108 is a doll who went out of her way to help me when I had a problem.
