What makes this store stand out is the consistently superb customer service. The customer's question, need for advice, product location etc., is always more important than a product being unloaded or a plant being watered. Your Arms are overloaded? ...no worries because an employee will notice and bring a cart by to offer you. A product not in stock?...no worries again because they'll find the closest location of where it's available and have it waiting at the service desk for you. This Home Depot shines bright!

Excellent garden department, fresh flowers and no dead plants in sight like my home store in Parker. Look for Theresa at the checkout! What a lovely lady and excellent customer service! Thank you!

Great store, very helpful employees.

The ProDesk is always very friendly and helpful to me and my employees. They never seem to give it second thought to go out of their way to make the process easier for us. I have witnessed this with other customers as well. They truly understand what customer service means!

I like all Home Depot stores but prefer to go to the one nearest my home - Greenwood Village. Other times I've gone to the one in Lone Tree CO. I find good value when shopping at Home Depot.

Not the store for diversity customers, poor service.

Staff at the PRO Desk is the best in all of the Denver Metro store.

The staff is very helpful

Love this store! Larger than Park Meadows and has more selection. The greeter at the front is warm, personable and funny and employees recognize me and my dog. Received some of the best assistance here, even when going in right before closing. Truly fortunate to have this store right around the corner from my house.

Products are always in stock and there are knowledgeable employees on the floor to answer questions. The cashiers are always friendly and employees who assist with loading materials are always eager to help. Returns are always quick and easy as well.

The Greenwood Village Home Depot is a great store and has a lot of helpful people. I will definitely be back to pick up more roof vents. This is the only store that carries the good ones. Thanks,

This store and its associates are the best

Everyone at the Pros desk is second to none when it comes to service. I'm a fix and flips investor. We work on home across the Denver metro and I still come to this store to make my purchases. Having the delivery service makes it easy to choose this store.

Went to the store to purchase new carpeting. The employee who helped and walked us through the whole process was extremely friendly and helpful. I dont know her name, only the employee number (CM56HL). Very easy and good experience.
