Horrible management.. unknown older Hispanic female said she was the great, could not help me because she lacks the ability to listen to customers complaints

I was able to find products that I was unable to find at a previous stop. The staff was very helpful with my questions and resolved my situation in an efficient manner.

I like that this store is always busy. Lots of craft workers are in there getting the materials they need. So many craftspeople there shows they are trusted and HD gives them support.

I originally ordered an Amana dryer from your website thinking it was a great deal and HD was really providing great deals for customers. To my error I ordered am electric dryer not knowing I needed gas. Initially when I tried to call and ask about the return policy I was scolded and lectured by your rep about knowing what I’m ordering. I then went to the store to see if they could help me and they said they would and would schedule a pick up but I had to pay 75 dollars and wait a week for it and no one showed up. I then went to the store with the appliance to then be told they couldn’t return it. Worst experience of my life. Many products they sell online they don’t carry so buyer beware.

I recommend this store just wouldn't recommend Ramon, Pro Sales Manager. He was VERY rude and lazy. Any question I asked or would show him a picture of the part I was needing he would just point. Not only being in customer service but being a sales manager I expect more. Not sitting around talking to the younger women at the front of the store working. Horrible service!!!!!

Rented a PRESSURE WASHER from HD. My husband brought it home, it wouldn't work, we call and they say sounds like a piece is missing, he takes it back turns out indeed a gasket was missing, the associate replaces it. Husband comes home with the same PW, which should now be fixed, and we try again and it's STILL NOT WORKING. Now water is shooting out of the gun. Turns out ANOTHER separate piece was missing from the gun this time. My husband wasted over 6 hours of his time on a Saturday and gas driving back and fourth a total of 3 trips because of this HD error and absolutely nothing got accomplished. It is ridiculous that there are no checks to make sure that the equipment we rent actually works?!

associates never want to help, items are never where they should be, its messy, poor associate attitudes. I had to look on the top shelves for them item i was looking for.

The manger Arthur was very helpful with my purchase and answered every question I had.

Actually friendly staff! Everyone was very polite and asked if we needed anything even if they were busy stocking shelves. We've been to places where people sometimes wear headphones or avoid aisles with customers altogether instead of asking if we need help or even just working in the areas we're not looking for items.

First of all, It is not the General Managements fault. I am disgruntled because I work for a lot of customers, they give me tens of thousands of dollars for materials, and I take that money to HomeDepot and spend it there. So Corporate should know who their loyal customers are. I ve applied for a Home Depot Credit card twice in 10 years and was declined for the reason that I do not have enough experience with credit. Duhhh! So until I get a credit card from Home Depot. I will never spend another dime there Niether will my family or customers. We will go to the competitors. Home Depot is not entitled to my business.

The best people to help you. Beautiful plants and herbs to fill your garden ! Plenty of disinfecting products. Toilet paper , paper TOWELS, Lysol wipes ! The best parking and pick up curbside service ! So clean !
