The store can be better organized and cleaned,thing were all over the place ,blocking isles which were very disappointing. I have experienced this many time at this store. I know this can be much better. Frequent shopper

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT

Great service. One of the assistant managers in particular went above and beyond expectation to ensure I had a positive experience at home depot and that I would return again. He has patience and grace. He will spend time with customers in order to work out issues they have with an item they plan to purchase. This makes him an ideal manager and someone that contributes to the overall trust one can put into a home depot shopping experience.

Great store Clean easy to find what your looking for. i will go back to this store . if you want to find your parts easier and compare parts get the Home depot App. with this app you can find what your looking for if they have it in stock it will even tell you What Aisle and bay to look in . great app . i am just saying.

This Store’s Staff is very welcoming and very helpful, they guide you through the store till you get what you need. The cashiers are very friendly and make your shopping experience great.

Do not get hardwood floors through this store unless you want it to take months. The measurements, floor ordering reps, and contracting departments DO NOT communicate. You'll end up spending hours on the phone being told to call the OTHER department and they will drag out every single step. We could have nailed down 2 boards a day and gotten it done quicker.

A busy Saturday but I was able to locate my items and check out in a very quick manner. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful!

This is a great store but just be aware that, with the younger staff that they hire, customer service isn't always something they are adept with. You may often have to seek someone out and even when you do, you may not get the hands-on ("let me take you there....let me find someone for you...") unless you seek out more seasoned staff. Having said that, some of their younger staff is exceptional and I've had great experiences. Just be aware that you may need to be specific and insistent with some associates if you need something that they don't intuitively, from an experienced customer service background, pick up on.

It seems this store is always busy yet he staff is friendly. It is always stocked, and clean. The wait to pay is to be expected but it's not a burden.

Store was great and rizzy took good care of us

Wish I could give less than one star! What a giant waste of time with a bunch of lazy people. Came in to get supplies for my home renovation this morning and was treated like crap! You love to advertise that you can get everything you need at your store but never mention that all your employees want to do is socialize with each other and ignore the customers. Monica, in the flooding department, was especially horrible, inefficient, lazy, and disrespectful. How can you claim to run a business and not even value who is coming to purchase from you! Without the consumer you would be out of business!!! Home Depot is going downhill fast. I would rather pay more and go elsewhere where my business will be valued and appreciated!!!! Please don’t waste your time here! They don’t care if you come purchase anything or not AND EXPECT to wait forever (I’m typing this as I WAIT so I can leave this horrible place!) Never again!

employees are great just to many people outside on the parking lot.

The store was clean and I was assisted in locating the product that I was looking for, but the person who checked me out acted like she didn't want to be there. Just was not friendly by this I mean (saying good afternoon or just hello) she just started to scanning the products.

This is the best, cleanest, and most organized Home Depot that I've visited in the Houston Metro Area. The Employees are extremely friendly and the Operations Manager will always do her best to make the customers satisfied. I truly enjoy shopping at this Home Depot and it's now the only one I will shop at.

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST COOLEST AND CLEANEST STORES I'VE BEEN TO. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME IF I NEED.

Mari from customer service was very helpful as she told me what was the best product she really went beyond and notice she was by herself at the customer service helping all the people in line as well as me

more handicap parking an area for seniors or people to sit and rest then they can do more shopping even offer coffee & water. have floaters walking the store to answer questions or help lift heavy items or push buttons on aisles so when a customer does need help they can push a button and someone can respond via speaker or show up to help. there is so much more that can be done

Nancy C in the paint department was awesome! She blew me away on how she matched the paints we needed. She was better than the matching on the machine!! She takes the time to talk to you as well and help make sure your project is successful!! If you need paint and support this is the Home Depot to go to! Way to go.

I don’t recommend this store until they get rid of the very unprofessional security company!
