The store has all the products they just need to have better access to associate's.

The store was clean, but it took the usual time for an employee to come help cut wood. About 5-10 minutes for an employee to come help cut wood.

Carol at the front desk (Customer Service) was amazing, She helped me with an issue that I was having of a return. I thought there was no hope and she helped and escalated my situation. She even followed up with me to make sure that she didn't forget about me. Then I received a call from Nicole in (bookkeeping) a day later and she gave me some really good news and was very helpful and empathetic. AT the end of the day I was one happy customer, when I thought there was no hope. Thank You!

Brian was extremely helpful with his knowledge of the products I was purchasing and the location of the variety of items that I purchased. Assisted in bringing to vehicle the grill I purchased extremely self initiated .

I was planning to redo my kitchen and went to the Hamden store to see Rich. He designed a beautiful kitchen for me and gave me lots of options to work with. His expertise in this area made me feel very comfortabe with my decisions. He allowed me to give him a general idea of what I was trying to do and he provided me with ideas because of his knowledge. I was helped by Don regarding my appliances. He was very patient and gave me some thoughts of his own which allowed me to make good decisions

Strike one: Six-month expired grass seed on the shelves, it was the first nice weekend in the Northeast. I noticed it while putting it in my car, I returned and then went to the North Haven HD. Strike two: I purchased a recon Honda mower it had no oil, no key and no manual. A $499 mower with no key for the electric start is a $399 mower - the mower was reduced to $350. The clerk was less than helpful, mower is good, like new, but come on HD you don't even sell the Key in store or online !!

The associates are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. Especially in patio and gardens.

I went in looking for several totally different items, and had a total of 4 different employees come up to me and ask me if I needed help finding things. I had one guy find a couple of things, and then went off on my own, where more employees offered to help. They all had smiles, and seemed willing to help, not because they're told to, or have to, or anything like that. I left there happy, with all that I came into the store for (and, of course a few extras!) Great experience, thank you guys!!

three associates went out of their way to provide me with the exact products I was looking for in a friendly and professional manner. their names were Nicole, Leroy and john. I know I am not supposed to mention their names, but how would you know the employees I felt should be recognized?

The Proloader Tyquan Is Great at this store. Everyday he ask do I need help with my items even if it's just one piece of wood. I love this guy.

Store associates were very helpful Carol customer Service and hardware associates bolts and nuts were outstanding store associates. Man had a grey goatee cannot remember his name on 19th April bout 4pm He knew were to look for something in hardware. great crew that day in this store. Everyone so helpful.
