The store has staff that is very helpful. If they don't know the answer to your question they will find a person who can help you. Very friendly staff.

Great store. Recently added promotions and sales actually attract more customers to this store. We have had an amazing shopping experience at this location, especially given the fact it was on the eve of Thanksgiving. Employees have done a really excellent job, helping us to assemble a nightstand and being very responsive to our needs. We will continue to remain loyal customers of this store in the future.

John and Javier provided exceptional service. They walked my wife and I through the thermostat options, discussed the installation process, and tracked down the best option for our family (it was in the back). I could have ordered something online, but I didn't because I needed to talk to someone that had knowledge about replacing a thermostat. The expertise of these two associates should be commended.

We usually find whatever item we need at this store and always find the employees very helpful and pleasant. The store is always well stocked and clean and employees are always smiling and willing to take you to an isle where the item you are looking for would be found.

Each time I have gone to this store over the past 3 years I have encountered employees who, whether they were in that specific department or not,have been willing to try and help me find what I need or figure out what to do. I have yet to leave the store without a remedy to my problem.

Very pleased with the store #8473. Staff is most helpful, cooperative and friendly to deal with and knowledgeable. The quality of goods sold is generally quite good. the store is clean. Help is easy to obtain when needed. Visiting the store is a pleasant experience.

If you want thoughtful help in any department, ask for Darren. In general, all employees, with whom I have I have been in contact have been friendly and willing to help. I separate Darren in terms of his range of knowledge and ability to analyze a problem.

The young African American lady at the paint counter was exceptional. She was knowledgeable about paint and paint products and the type that worked best for my project. She was also very patient. I wish I had her name. Listen up Ms Soto, Manager-time I was there was 2-3 PM on Sunday, 9/17/17.

This store is a good store and a fun place to shop. Anytime you walk in there are several new displays that catch your eye and make you all the more want to be there. Its both fun and interesting to check out what the store has to offer, either on a weekly or even daily basis.

At The Home Depot, Hamden Branch, the products are well displayed and you can easily find your needs. Signage are very clear and can be clearly seen at any distance. Employees are consistently friendly and ready to help throughout the store.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND NEAT

Entered the store, no greeting, no acknowledge, no assistance. I was looking for window decor ( blinds ), went through several isles until found what I was looking for. Waited 10 minutes for assistance, no employees in that section. Went to first cash till, asked for help. They addressed it on the store audio system. Waited for another 15 minutes. No help came. I was already leaving, when I saw an employee and asked for help. I told him that I have waited more than 20 minutes. He asked me: " what do you need?" Hahaha! Definitely needs more training on customer service. Finally at the end, there was a product specialist who helped me with my request. If I was not in hurry to get this product, I would never buy it from this store. I have to mention that cashier ( Denise) was very well trained in customer service, connecting, closing the sale. That was the only positive part in my shopping experience. I also have to mention, that this was my. First visit and you know what they say: first impression gives you a full picture of the store.
