John in Tool Rental went absolutely above and beyond in helping us find everything we needed. From connecting us to Juan in Lumber, who was GREAT, to personally taking us to each aisle and telling us exactly what we needed for our 1st DIY Board and Batten Project. Nikky at checkout was also very sweet! 5 stars doesn’t even begin to scratch the service, we’ll always be back :)

Judy dropped everything to help me find doorknobs I was looking for. We couldn’t find them so she made sure the price for the 1packs was accommodated to the price of the two packs. Now all of the doorknobs in my house match and I am very happy!

I'm not looking to go to your store, hunt for the items I need and then do my own work to check out. Next you will want customers to stock the shelves for you.

My interaction with Traci was exceptional. In fact, everyone that I interact with at this location is. They are all so pleasant and helpful.

Shop here frequently since it is conveniently located but the store is cramped with junk displays in all the aisles. I would shop at another store if there was one close by.

Get rid of the self serve registers!

James helped us purchase an in-store clearance refrigerator by finding a way to deliver and set up, which is not usually offered for these items. He was always looking for a way to satisfy our desire to get the specific item.

My husband and I purchased a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer.. PAID FOR IT, but never received it.. Unfortunately we finally had to escalate the issue up to a very sweet manager and was quickly offered refund.. we gave it a three only because the young man that assisted us with the purchase and the manager was do kind and professional!!! If it wasn’t for them I would surely give HD a big fat ZERO!!

Why was there 2 people telling us where to go instead of checking us out Nobody but the older gentleman up front greeted had a hard time finding help for some last minute open house signs that I needed

I visit the store regularly. This past visit we were assisted by Debbie. She always has a smile on her face and always ask how we are doing. Great experience.

At this time do not buy pine straw at this Home Depot. It is old,wet and stuck together

We went for a microwave. Needed to have it installed as well as not a handy women!! $29.00 delivery fee, $129 installation, $50 haul off fee!! Wow!!! What a disappointment

Their products are locked in cages and you have to track someone down to even look at the items. Also, don’t fall for the self service LP gas cage out front. It will require the app only to tell you that you have to buy refills inside the store.

Home Depot has elminated cashier at the Hamilton Mill store. All cashier stations are self service. It is rediculious that Home Deport can't provide cashier / service to paying customers. Hope they get swrink rate goes through the roof. They want may business, but make a decision to give no personal service.

Product/Solution availability is at an all time low what's worse, is that the knowledge of associates is at a place that even simple questions are addressed with blank stares, and their ability to find anyone with the knowledge , is impossible. The "give a darn" level from associates, and all the way to the leadership, is at an all time low. It's even hard to pay them. I have defected, so have more than 6 if my professional colleagues, and they don't know why, and really don't care. A sad day for a life long zealot and native Georgian to have watched this ATL based Corp be born, grow, but now lose their way into the "Sea-of-sameness" and non differentiated customer experience along with the "also rans" of the industry. They don't see it, and they don't have that culture of conviction that drives the employees to simply, give a darn.

Awesome employees that went way above and beyond to help locate an old robi battery to fit my sister’s lawn mower: from the lawn and garden guys to Bryan in tools to Erik: Zia and taryn at the customer service desk and a couple I didn’t get names alll were very helpful: yes it took time and was their for a while but was well worth the wait. I got a battery that fits my sister’s lawnmower and Robi has changed the batteries on the 6ah. The new batteries don’t fit the old lawnmower’s

John from Tool Rental Is a great asset to Home Depot. Customer Service is non existent in many stores these days but not with John. He went above and beyond to help us. He found us a solution that was better than what we came in the site for originally. Highly recommend this Home Depot location.

I had to return an online order of 2 large caninets that arrived damaged. Alicia went above and beyond to make sure that the process was quick and painless. She processed the return and helped me work with the online staff to get replacements ordered. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and efficient, she is a genuinely kind person and an asset to your store!

I purchased pine straw and mulch, mulch was labeled as on sale but I was charged the full price. Never could get an associate to help. When I went in to talk to return this, the 5 HD employees that were behind the customer service desk ignored me and did not want to help me with this return.
