a visit to my home depot is always enjoyable. specially because, besides shopping, i like to give my little dog a ride in the cart

I went in for supplies to build a greenhouse and the home depot employees were very helpful, specifically Todd. He helped find the plastic tarp and pipes that I needed.

Waiting for 25 minutes for some one to get the wheat straw and nobody showed up.

Had great experience with staff working in plumbing departments very helpful. Only setback is in September 2022 I had a gift card stolen in the store and no one at store level or corporate could make it right which was sad.

We were helped by a very sweet day named Judy. She was so professional and extremely helpful. Her overall caring personality and willingness to help is something that is not seen everyday. Home Depot at Hamilton Mill should consider themselves very lucky to to have Ms. Judy as one of their employees!!!!

I usually visit this location 2-3 times per month. Always looking to purchase damaged products: mulch, pottong soil, and/or bags of damaged rocks. Sometimess one can find good deals on clearance items!

I had an online order that had some complications. Amanda P was so helpful and just made the process easy for me. She really put me at ease and she was incredibly respectful. It's not common for today's youth to speak kindly much less with an emphasis on manners. I really felt appreciated as a customer and as a person. Her parents should be incredibly proud. Amanda, you are so right, kindness is free and we need more of it in the world with people just like you. Thank you.

I travel from NC to Dacula frequently to visit family and I visit the local Home Depot every chance I get. I came an hour before closing and Milt Brown in the appliance section looked like he was diligently working on projects but he greeted me with a smile and I’m not lying when I say this, he customer service and attention to every detail was hands down the best I have ever had. He covered every detail and I left with a great sense of comfort and happiness with my purchase of a new stove and microwave. Stellar experience!!

Just like the commericials say, it’s how doers get more done. I go to all The Home Depot’s, not just this one, for a clean and smooth doing experience.

I am new in the area. I have found that the Home Depot in Hamilton Mill is stocked and has very friendly helpful staff. It is very convenient to my residence and will use for my needs.

Everything has changed since the pandemic, and in most stores it is hard to have fully trained personel. But this store is still practicing customer Service good old style. There are many friendly and helpful people at this store. So I will come back no doubt.

I purchased a generator. The sales associate was, as usual, very helpful and courteous.

I paid for a patio set on my Home Depot card. It was the last one left in the box. An hour later she calls me and tells me it was sold, very disappointing a waste of time at Home Depot today.

Purchased wall oven and was very satisfied with all aspects of sale and delivery

I went in to purchase some technology supplies for a classroom projection project. I found the wiring and the utility supplies I needed and even found a new item to help me do it better.

It took a couple of tries, but I finally got to "Toni" who defines customer service at the highest levels. She corrected an error made by another, newer employee and promptly processed my order and got it out door with someone to help me load it. Kudos!

I appreciate Kathleen at Home Depot because she is both friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the plants I needed. Also, she suggested specific nutrients for each of my plants to help them thrive. Kathleen was able to help me solve a fungus problem I am having with my yard.

I needed to find a pipe cap and I had no idea where to find it. Stuart showed me where to find it but it was Out of Stock on the shelf. He searched his computer and had to locate them up in the stock above the shelves. He went out of his way to help me! Thank you, Stuart!!!

With red clay stains to get rid of we are trying one more time on our own. Had a FANTASTIC experience this week here. Was assisted and advised on several items. Never had this kind of one onone experience at this store before.
