John in Tool Rental went absolutely above and beyond in helping us find everything we needed. From connecting us to Juan in Lumber, who was GREAT, to personally taking us to each aisle and telling us exactly what we needed for our 1st DIY Board and Batten Project. Nikky at checkout was also very sweet! 5 stars doesn’t even begin to scratch the service, we’ll always be back :)

Judy dropped everything to help me find doorknobs I was looking for. We couldn’t find them so she made sure the price for the 1packs was accommodated to the price of the two packs. Now all of the doorknobs in my house match and I am very happy!

John went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed situated even with minor inconvenience. Very nice hardworking guy

Product/Solution availability is at an all time low what's worse, is that the knowledge of associates is at a place that even simple questions are addressed with blank stares, and their ability to find anyone with the knowledge , is impossible. The "give a darn" level from associates, and all the way to the leadership, is at an all time low. It's even hard to pay them. I have defected, so have more than 6 if my professional colleagues, and they don't know why, and really don't care. A sad day for a life long zealot and native Georgian to have watched this ATL based Corp be born, grow, but now lose their way into the "Sea-of-sameness" and non differentiated customer experience along with the "also rans" of the industry. They don't see it, and they don't have that culture of conviction that drives the employees to simply, give a darn.

Awesome employees that went way above and beyond to help locate an old robi battery to fit my sister’s lawn mower: from the lawn and garden guys to Bryan in tools to Erik: Zia and taryn at the customer service desk and a couple I didn’t get names alll were very helpful: yes it took time and was their for a while but was well worth the wait. I got a battery that fits my sister’s lawnmower and Robi has changed the batteries on the 6ah. The new batteries don’t fit the old lawnmower’s

John from Tool Rental Is a great asset to Home Depot. Customer Service is non existent in many stores these days but not with John. He went above and beyond to help us. He found us a solution that was better than what we came in the site for originally. Highly recommend this Home Depot location.

I had to return an online order of 2 large caninets that arrived damaged. Alicia went above and beyond to make sure that the process was quick and painless. She processed the return and helped me work with the online staff to get replacements ordered. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and efficient, she is a genuinely kind person and an asset to your store!

I purchased pine straw and mulch, mulch was labeled as on sale but I was charged the full price. Never could get an associate to help. When I went in to talk to return this, the 5 HD employees that were behind the customer service desk ignored me and did not want to help me with this return.

HORRIBLE!!! New self checkout design impedes any customer that can exit store without need to checkout!!! 9 self checkout terminals and 0 traditional lanes!! I understand the need for loss prevention but this is just awful. Hopefully there will never be a fire in this store. They need a gate controlled by an employee to allow the flow of large carts with lumber or long items. There currently is not this kind of accommodation. Whoever designed this exit needs to be fired!!!!!

These people go above and beyond to answer questions and make sure that I found what I needed. Checking out was a breeze cashiers in self check were pleasant and professional.

We came in to look at lawnmowers and started talking to Charles about lawn equipment. Charles was actually listening and we ended up buying a lawnmower, weedeater and blower! This is the best Home Depot around !! Everyone is so helpful and nice

Brian was extremely kind and helpful in the garden area. He noticed me looking around —and asked if he could help me. I’m glad I took him up because he walked me around showing me various flowers that might work. He also helped me find the best planting soil for my needs. He found a cart, loaded my goods, accompanied me to the register and to my car where he loaded it for me. Over and beyond help! 👏👏👏

I walked away in happy tears from the incredible service that Charles provided me while I was there helping me to with a teaching garden for children with special needs. As he walked me through the store not only was everyone friendly to me they were friendly to each other which says something about the culture. The workers are always consistently helpful. So thankful for them.

This is the second time I have gone to Home Depot and had to wait an unusual amount of time for a service. Both times, Mr. Charles, Mikayla, and Debbie went above and beyond to acknowledge my wait and my patience and provided excellent customer service with friendly attitudes despite some unfriendly customer behavior from others! I greatly appreciate their positive presence and their willingness to be helpful when I wasn’t sure of what I needed or how to get the paint color just right. I will go out of my way to use this store!!
