The employees are always friendly and very nice. They will help you as much as they can and they always walk you to the isle where the items you need are located instead of just giving you and isle number. Now with the virus going on they will keep count of how many people are inside of the store for safety reasons.

Caleb Barton was wonderful and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the patio set we needed. His level of professionalism was superb.

Jacob from the delivery depat and Conner from Lumber were exceptional. They delivered items that were missed by other crew members to my home. They were respectful, courteous and professional. They had patience and went above and beyond the call of duty.

The store is clean and well-stocked. The associates are always professional, knowledgeable, willing to help.

thousands of dollars of merchandise that has fallen behind the shelves or on shelves below. very unkempt store. aisle managers should be held accountable for digging that crap out and storing/merchandising properly. every time i go in looking for something, i have to organize and dig through the surrounding areas in the hopes of finding what i need on the floor or a different hook or shelf. absolutely deplorable, but most HD's are like this

Very pleased with HD staff who helped during my latest visit, especially Zach. Zach assisted in retrieving an item for in store pickup that was supposed to be held at the pro desk. He brought the item outside to me after confirming ALL of my information and verifying my identity. Because of Zach, I was able to safely pick up my Husky rolling job box that will be used to safely store items during this national emergency.

This is the best Home Depot. I have been coming here for years and experienced only top notch customer service. The staff have knowledge that will save you headaches!

The folks there were so helpful today!!! From the smile of that Silver Fox at the front door to the dapper fellow in the plaid cap that helped me find my bucket bag, then trekked across the store to help me problem solve. They had every thing I needed in stock and it was a competitive price. The important thing is that it was IN STOCK. I tried to go around the corner to save a buck, but in the end I had to double back as the "save a buck" did not have it in stock. I didn't have a long wait at my checkout the first time; the second visit had me in and out in under five minutes. Tickled, as it was my last stop for the day. Great folks! I'll always stop there first!

The personnel running the service desk need training...

I love this store because of the topnotch staff. They always save me time and prevent headaches on the numerous projects that I undertake. Kudos to all of you for doing a great job. You have made me a loyal customer who will drive extra miles to make my purchases from this store.

I dread having to go into any Home Depot because of the bad customer service/employees. They want pay checks but do not want to actually interact with any customers.

Multiple isles with the same type of item...put them all in the same area.

This store is very customer focused and their employees are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone that we came in contact with was so helpful. From the person who helped us open our Home Depot card, to the person who helped us pick out a garbage disposal (unsure of names). Charles helped us at the end purchase all of our materials for our fence. As we are first time home buyers, we were unsure as to what we needed. He was so helpful along the way & he helped us stay within our budget. Thanks so much to everyone at the store, you were all so very kind & helpful.

Do NOT buy carpet here. Two months later and I still don't have mine and have been jerked around by the store and the installers. Insulting lack of customer care.
