I ordered this freezer and it was delivered the next day but all damaged on the outside.

This was the first time I had ordered online for delivery and my order showed up within a couple of hours. Great service!

Love this store, customer service is off the chain and it is always very well stocked.

Everything is locked up and the mobile service thing does not work.

In spring one of biggest selections for flowers, plants, shrubs. Something for everyone.

Ghadir was instrumental on the purchase today! It was her expertise, honesty and setting clear expectations on the delivery as well as the product that helped secure a good purchase. Home Depot should use Ghadir as an example of What it means to provide customer support with the product line that you have to offer. I had some issues with the plumbing parts I bought a few days ago and the gentleman in the plumbing department was kind enough to take the time to see what was the problem and gave excellent advice on how to fix it. It was very good.

I've been happy with product here. It's unfortunate to see so many workers standing around though. worries me that they could be ensuring things don't fall apart and there are lots of dirty aisles but the workers aren't doing their best. It's clear that the staff need oversight and aren't as proactive as one would hope. But overall good experiences. I wish the workers understood that raising standards and keeping things maintained actually makes working more pleasant AND things deteriorate and get chaotic. You have to reign it in in order for the world to function. The more you stand around the more likely staff will be cut. And knowing how data-driven these companies are, they are certainly going to cut people to ensure prices stay competitive.

I’m sure you really don’t want to hear what I say and I do not want to go through it all again. I think it’s already been said!

I would like that your employees have the knowledge of their job. If you’re in the paint department then you should know paint and stains. If you’re in electrical you need to know electrical. We got stain . The gentleman working was sitting down and not able it pick it up and take it to the mixer , nor was he able to tell me if that it need to have paint added to it to make the color match. Also I had to return something. I didn’t even walk out before I decided that I bought something that didn’t have want i expected. The lady at returns seems to have an attitude towards me returning it. I pulled the tape just to check to see if it was one or two cameras. Everything was in the box. But put in the bad returned. Also I couldn’t return it to my card it had to come back as cash. Not really cool.

Saw nine employees hanging out and ignoring customers and two employees busting their butts at the Hanley store in St. Louis. It’s obvious to me that the store manager is unable or unwilling to manage the employees there. I’d suggest finding somewhere else to shop. Note, the South Kingshighway store in St. Louis is just as bad. Maybe a store in a “less diverse “ area would be more customer friendly.

Everything I needed and more

I had my usual pleasant shopping experience at this store. The young man in the garden area helped me with the self checkout (even though I didn’t really need any help!). It’s nice to see such courteous, helpful store associates.

Feels like there is a lot of staff but most not willing to help or seek customers that look like they are completely lost. About 5 staffers walked past me when I was obviously looking for a specific aisle

I don’t usually shop at this store, but they had the item I wanted in stock.

I had a long walk from department to department and then no close checkout was available and the young clerk came and offered to help me self checkout as I had never done! that before

The older gentleman at the paint counter is extremely slow and rude and probably too old to work there. Home Depot needs to provide better service.

Went into store to buy a weed eater. No one addressed me. I had to wave someone down for assistance

Hanley store is the best HD store I've ever been to. It checks all the boxes: product availability, product diversity, knowledgeable employees, fast checkouts and stocked rentals.

The employees all are uniformly kind, considerate and polite and genuinely are happy to work there. All aisles are stocked and clean, great equipment rental choices too. They have helped, at times beyond what's required of them. For these reasons, I do not look of a visit there as a chore, rather a pleasant experience since I know the visit almost always results in a great experience. I appreciate them.

Juanita and Brittany, both cashiers facilitated my credit card application and then helped me locate a promotional display unit with an expired date and slated for the cardboard trash compactor, that I could use to make a theater prop tree. ❤️

The kitchen layout and design they provided was superior to the expensive kitchen showroom my customer attended.

I went in looking for a specific plant but wasn’t sure what I needed to keep it alive and healthy. In lieu of customer service, there was none around until you got to the checkout area. But even there they were too concerned with talking to each other and wouldn’t acknowledge customers. Would have definitely been nice to have some help.

There’s a perfectly good Menard’s across the street.

I went in to buy house plants 🪴 and the manager Keith and Cashier Debo was a Jewel 💎 to me the Service That I received was excellent.

Unfriendly and poor customer service. Especially clerk/cashier at checkout. Army last visit, sales cashier in the garden center, Deborah was horrible.

The manager -Patrick was so helpful and kind. The service was so much better at this location than the others I’ve been to in St.Louis. I will continue to shop at the Hanley Rd. Location because of the service I received.
