The cashier Nicole was very nice and pleasant!

Please look for My white ford Ranger in the parking lot of Lowe’s. Paying for your items and exiting the store is a chore inside of a chore. The “help” are lazy and pass you around like a recipe.

The kitchen department was great! I'm getting a great new kitchen for a very reasonable price. Also, I have been going to this particular Home Depot for years, and everyone is really helpful and knowledgeable in their help. My go-to store for basic hardware needs.

Pleasant experience

I was ordering composite materials by TREX for a new deck. The stores “PRO” department was extremely helpful. I would not go anywhere else!

They are doing an AMAZING job - despite the extra challenges during the current social distancing time, they are fully operational, well stocked, and welcoming!

I went in to get supplies to paint my living room. First time out during the COVID-19 time. The trip was great. The folks in the paint department were great and Christie at the register is a real gem - hope you get the pleasure to meet her :)

Great service even with 6' distancing; got two pallets of Vigors premium brown mulch and one pallet of River Pebbles, all good quality.

Employees generally did not wear masks and, except for the entry way, there was no hand sanitizer for employees who were handling my stuff. 4/6/2020. Forgot to add this to general comments on check out.

Jim in hardware saved our butts. Made a thoughtful and knowledgeable tool recommendation that saved the day. Couldnt have finished a very important, time sensitive project without him. Thanks Jim!!

I typically hate going to big stores like Home Depot, but this store has Ms. Saundra, who is kind and friendly and knowledgeable. She can help you find anything in that store and she didn’t even have a computer. I mean, wow.

If you have any kind of plumbing issue, or probably any issue at all, ask for Greg. He's a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician and can help you with just about anything. He helped me rebuild my outdoor hose pipe attachment *in the store* in the tool shop behind the tool rental department using parts that he helped me select from the aisle. It was the most helpful experience I've ever had in any store, and certainly the most helpful experience I've had in a Home Depot.

No receipt for a CHRISTMAS GIFT and NO STORE CREDIT POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

The service I recieved today was exemplary.

This is an excellent store - better than the Kingshighway location. They strive to do well because of their competition nearby. Generally items are stock and I can find them easily. Store associates tend to ask me if I am finding everything and they are knowledgeable when I ask where something is. I have shopped at this store for over 20 years and will continue to do so.

Store is very easy to get to in the Brentwood area. Most employees are friendly and willing to help, if you can find them. The Paint folks know what they are talking about! The Electrical guys are very knowledgeable. Awesome!

I had a good experience in this store. Employees are very helpful and nice.

I asked about an item I had purchased there a few years ago. All she said was, “things change here a lot.” Young kid at checkout did not offer to help check me out, even with me being elderly, cart full of products and some larger item also. Another employee came rushing over to help me and did the self scan herself. I gave her a big hug afterwards.

The welcome, aggressive customer service, and the comprehensive placement of services makes me know I am growing every time I come to Home Depot.

James in the paint department is very knowledgeable. If you have paint questions, he is your man! Very friendly and patient. He explains why you should use one paint versus another, and really understands the reasons (versus just selling the most expensive brand). He is honest and worth driving further to visit.

Staff friendly and helpful. Staff approaches to ask if I needed help, and directed me where to find items. Aisles marked well, to help locate departments and some content. They offer military (veteran) discounts which is a plus ! I had to return a few items. Just keep your receipt. It was no problem.

Most of the employes are wonderful, but there are some exceptions.

The Home Depot store is an excellent store, very well stocked and clean, however, the store is planned for old customers who do not need help, they already know what they want and the location of the items. Store employee are mature and there ability to move and help customers could be improvement upon

I shop here because they often have the materials that I need. But, don't expect help loading materials onto your cart or into your car. I am a 60 year old woman and have yet to have help offered. I have had over 150lbs of top soil and I still had to load it on the flat bed myself and into my car. An associate, very busy on his phone, even walked past me, emptied his cart, and kept on going. Cashier didn't offer loading either. This has happened repeatedly at this Home Depot.

I get consistently good service from this store. The clerks know immediately where any product is you can ask them for. Where is weather stripping? Aisle 12, right side, bottom two shelves. What about shiplap? Aisle 46, all up and down the left side. Honestly, it’s uncanny. The store is clean. People are helpful. I love shopping here. This is based on 5-8 visits, so I think it’s legit.

Parking is kinda rough, my car door was scratched while in store, but was able to buff it out when i got home, all in all. stuff happens, thank you , i love my new drill.

When I couldn’t afford a wheelbarrow for my school garden, Jason, the manager, helped me out! I went to 2 other home improvement stores and neither had what I wanted in stock and the employees really didn’t know where things were stocked. Next time, I will start here.

Go to this store if you need help with a difficult painting project. The associates in that department were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I went in to the store not knowing what I need to buy for my project. James stepped right in to help me out. He showed me exactly what I needed so that I left there confident I had purchased the right products. He insisted on loading my cart with the heavy paint without me even asking for help. The other associates were helpful too. I highly recommend them.
