The associates in the store were so pleasant and very helpful, I find that very rare in stores I shop in. I will definitely shop at home depot in Harriman Ny. again and I will also recommend this store to my family and friends.

I visited the store on a Thursday at 10:30am. It took over 25 minutes waiting in line at the paint counter to get two gallons of paint mixed. Then, I waited nearly 20 minutes for an associate in the flooring department to help me get a quotation for an installation. There were other associates walking about but none could help in these two departments. Meanwhile, they have a guy standing by the front door simply greeting incoming shoppers (anti-theft strategy). All of this took over two hours to complete. The store is understaffed or the staffing is very poorly planned. Oh, the people who eventually helped were very nice but it was clear they recognized the staffing problem.

LOVE THE STORE ! PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY HELPFULL THANKS AGAIN.

The store is nicely organized and makes the shopping experience an enjoyable one. I like that there is a a variety of products to choose from with varying prices.

I visited the store with a specific need in mind. I needed help from the service desk to help me find out the number of bags of mulch I would need to cover a large area.They were very helpful and we were able to figure out the number of bags,set up a delivery date, and pay for the items in a short amount of time.Visit successful!

We love shopping the Garden Center at Home Depot. The aisles in this garden center were a little cluttered so I could not move my large cart up and down the aisles. Other than that they have a large selection of plants and flowers and some very good sales.

Typical Saturday afternoon shopping experience, lots of shoppers, store was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Every time we come into this store we are always greeted with a smile and asked if they can help us. The store is clean, but has a lot of things to move around. I have balance issues and have to be careful when I am in the aisle. I always find something that would look good in my renovation or landscaping. Overall I give Home Depot 4 stars for their Expertise/Kindness to their customers. Keep up the Good Work.

I stopped to buy a male plug for a 220V electrical cord. Two associates helped me find exactly what I needed. Both knew where things were in the store and both knew details about the items on the shelves. They were very helpful in getting me what I needed and on my way.

I like it I try to go there every week I can find everything I want

Love coming to this store every spring to buy flowers and vegetable/fruit plants. I would like to see more organic/non-gmo plants in the store.

Most of the employees in this store are very friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with the cashier in the Outdoor Gardening Section this afternoon (4/24/2015). Her name is Pamela. I think she is new and will be a great asset to this store.

Some women go to TJ MAxx, I'd rather be in Home Depot, strolling around, looking for items for my many household renovations.

I've avoided Home Depot for the last few years because I could never find what I needed & couldn't find associates to help me. Gave them another chance last week & was happily surprised with my experience. I visited there 4 or 5 different days last week & received great service each time, especially at the Service Desk where an associate named Farrah fixed my problems & was extraordinarily patient with me when I got confused. I had never ordered on-line before & picked up at the store & had several different orders, which I mixed up. Farrah patiently sorted things out for me, without losing her smile. It was much easier to find associates on the floor who knew what they were talking about. The only problems I really have is that they ran out of stock on popular items that were on sale in the garden department. Home Depot should be able to anticipate what items they need to increase their stock on. I will definitely shop there again.

Some times it's kind of hard getting help from the associates, some are friendly and some friendly and helpful as well, so is a luck of the draw who you are going to get to help you.

Sales associates are very nice and very helpful. I usually find what I need, or find some new innovative product which makes the job easier. Prices are good and lines move quickly. Overall good experience..
