Train your LP employees to treat customers who are honest shoppers with dignity and respect instead of treating every customer as criminal specially who belong to minorities. Denise should be the store manager and not Eileen who is indifferent to customer’s complaints.

Your employee helped me find my wire cutter that was priced perfectl and does the job and more. he was great. He explained that it would work on many items. It does. Love my tool.

I am not much of a Home Depot shopper but I needed to grab something and did know my way to the item. I walked in and was greeted and helped right away by Daniel, he was great helped get someone to direct me where the item was and then took that extra effort to come over to me while checking out to make sure everything was correct. Taking the time makes a difference and more people in customer service should be that way

Bought a washer and dryer for new apartment I’m moving into going to get them pretty quickly also the staff basically set everything up for me and we’re so nice

We visited the store at a time when most of the computer systems were down. Our amazing assistant Miro took pains is using several computers to gain the product information despite its slow speed. He acquired enough details to assist us with a decision. Allan in Customer Service took his time to explain every step of the way, providing enough knowledge to complete our transactions. Bought large quantities of tree and shrubs. Home Depot team are helpful and very professional through out our shopping time.

I ordered materials to be delivered and never received anything. I had to go get it myself.

I had a few issues with my purchase and delivery. Debra was so patient and took the time to handle the issue I had when my previous purchase was canceled the day I was supposed to get it delivered. I wouldn’t have been able to get my materials if it wasn’t for Debra finding the solution. I got to pick up my materials the same day because of Debra’s help. She is persistent, caring and really helps her customers. I will continue going to this store just to have Debra as my representative.

We have had two wonderful experiences purchasing home appliances with the help of Sunny and have been extremely happy with how knowledgeable and honest Sunny has been in assisting us when purchasing on 2 separate occasions a refrigerator and washer. I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable and friendly and there is a great selection of products to choose from. I recently purchased some 7 ft- tall stakes online for the heirloom tomatoes I'm growing, however I should have purchased wooden stakes. I brought them back and the cashier, Arcelie, was very helpful and kind throughout the transaction. I am very grateful for her expertise. There was also another female cashier working in the returns area who helped me, although I forgot her name. She was equally knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to give a warm thank you to all the employees at this store! I've worked in retail before and it is extremely difficult to deal with the public, but all of these people do it so well and with a smile! I'm not so sure I could do the same in their position, but I truly admire and appreciate their hard work!

Very pleased with the level of service I recieved

My husband and I were extremely pleased by the customer service we received from Dee (Debbie), Daniel, Scott and Walter in the tedious process of choosing, then purchasing our lawn mower. They were so kind and helpful to us!

We could not find anything that would work, EB worked hard to help and Cynthia made the check out process smooth.

EJ or LJ came to help me and I found everything I needed. He was not even working that section but he helped anyway.

Was very good to cut my grass

We only brought pictures that my husband took on his phone and we found Brian k, my husband just started showing him pictures and he found every fitting , pvc pipe glue that we would need to get the job done. You need more people like Brian he went above and beyond for us and with a smile!!!

Place is an absolute dump with piles of merchandise everywhere. No one ever helps, like most home depots, and service is just terrible.
